Kose's three counts:

Failed to yield to a Pedestrian
No proof of insurance
Expired registration

And of course not bothering to show to see the judge.

Very minor, but shows lack of respect. I'd still keep him out of the first game just for being dumb enough to get arrested for such a minor issue.

I don't see this as lack of respect. Respect for what? I see this as being stupid, like many kids, and probably lack of money.

That would be lack of respect of the court system. But then again why do we need to explain that to you?

It's not lack of respect for the court system either. You are an idiot. Don't think I need to explain that to you.

It's not? So people shouldn't try to make their court appointments? Wow. I have a bit of a speeding problem and therefore have received many tickets in my life, but I have never missed a court appointment because as long as you get there in front of the judge, I've found they are usually reasonable, I would never miss a court appointment because I don't like getting arrested.

You would make a shitty judge.

The topic is whether Kose showed a lack of respect for the court system, not whether he should have taken care of his tickets on a timely basis. Everyone agrees that he should have taken care of the tickets on a timely basis. You are a shitty reader and thinker.

And like Punxsutawney Phil...............plAYARApE emerges from the Kose canal and we have 4 more months of co*ksucking garbage to deal with.

:coffee:
Well, you seem to have Gamboa's unit on lock down, so he doesn't have to worry about that.

Have you ever made one single post on here that is football related and not a personal attack? Not that anyone reads your weak shit, but its becoming sad that you never have anything to offer.

Dont be bitter....be better

I make plenty of football related posts. I also call you out on your hypocritical bullshit...and there's a lot of it to be called out. :coffee:

If I'm given an order to appear before a judge on a certain date and I don't appear because I forgot or I'm too lazy (You really played the money card here? Too poor to find his way to the courthouse?), that is disrespecting the court system.

Herbert Gamboa, a senior linebacker on the Montana football team, has been suspended for the Grizzlies' season opener after his arrest late last week on disorderly conduct charges.

Gamboa will sit out Montana's highly anticipated and nationally televised game against North Dakota State on Aug. 29 for violating team and athletic department rules.

The 21-year-old from San Clemente, Califiornia, was arrested early Friday morning for instigating a fight at a house party in Missoula. He pleaded guilty Monday in Missoula County Municipal Court and received a six-month deferred sentence.

Gamboa was an honorable-mention all-Big Sky Conference selection at outside linebacker last season.

I think you will see Kose on the field against NDSU.

The 2 arrest were vastly different. I had a friend get arrested because he failed to pay a dog barking ticket in Missoula. Fighting =/= traffic violation failure to appear. While not the best move, on the scale of things, failing to appear is pretty insignificant in comparison. I think Kose should be dealt with at a team level and should play. Gamboa got off a little light and should mind his P's and Q's the rest of the year or pay dearly.

Kose is about as soft spoken, respectful and humble a kid as there is on the Griz roster right now. A lack of respect is not the issue. As PR said, lack of money, maybe laziness or forgetfulness. But lack of respect for authority? UHH NO. He won't be suspended for the NDSU game. PERIOD.

True on Kose's demeanor but how does any 22 year old drive nowadays without proof of insurance and an updated registration? That's totally amazing....I can't imagine his uncle, Coach Legi, being too happy with his nephew right now.

I can think of a couple "totally amazing" phenomenons, but driving without registration and insurance as a 22 year old, or anyone for that matter, does not fit the bill. Not even close.

The Gamboa/Kose incidents provides an opportunity to contrast the Griz and the sleaze culture of Fargo wanna be’s.

When you live in when you live in Fargo you see hypocrisy 1st hand and understand the difference between the two cultures.

Our guys are arrested and suspended for incidents involving friends getting drunk, pleading guilty to domestic disturbance, a low level misdemeanor, and failure to appear on a traffic violation. Meanwhile thugs and punks blatantly participate in election fraud and are praised by their culture.

We have to live under self-imposed reductions of scholarships while this outfit willfully violates NCAA rules knowing there is no consequences due to the controversy over UND and its ongoing name change issues. The violations involve the entire athletic program and will only be resolved when NCAA decides to take appropriate action.

Lee Newspapers fully publishes what is at best minor violations of the law, am guessing the Missoulian has reporters who actively dig for dirt on the Griz. The Fargo Forum only assigns reporters to Grand Forks to hunt for dirt on UND; especially the hockey program. Serious felonious gun play between their athletes involving deaths, with gangs settling scores are ignored, you have to find them in Minnesota newspapers.

On August 6, 2015 while conducting business had to visit the Fargo Dome, parked in the East parking lot walked in and observed several expensive vehicles with young African American punks jiving and being arrogant jerks all wearing green and gold gear, it was clear they were on the way to football practice. Fargo ND police flagged down two of these gang bangers to ask questions, within 30 seconds the police SUV was surrounded by punks all in Green and Gold menacing the white male officer. Not having my cell phone was not able to call 911 for back up for the officer. I do not know the outcome as I was not involved, but guarantee if they were involved in interfering with the police it will not be investigated or prosecuted. The press will not print violations of the law. We have no idea on the amount of felonious activity involved by this program's athletes, they are above the law and they know it.

Upon entering the mostly empty Fargo Dome, walked up to the b***n ticket office and asked for “directions to administration office” to conduct my business. Four simple words no more no less were used while wearing blue and gray colored clothing generated three people (one I assume a female student intern and two middle aged employees) with ugly sneers of condescending patronizing behavior giving the directions. My reply was simple, “thank you”.

In the Administrative office were two issues of b***n illustrated.

August issue was your typical rag of crap with drive for five and some dark black outline in middle surrounded by three Caucasians and one African American with arms folded in a affected phony pose wanting some shallow idiot to be impressed. It reminded of an incident two weeks earlier where I was present in a forum to honor a friend when a b***n fan who used same term drive for five was incessantly baiting me while I was waiting to compliment his wife on the class of her father. This guy would not let it go, I finally asked what he was talking about knowing he would take the bait. He went bonkers embarrassing himself for two minutes. My reply was simple; “do it following NCAA regulations”, he erupted and had to be physically restrained yelling “You can’t say that”. Typical behavior of the shallow nature of their culture. All you have to do is stand your ground and represent Montana and you come out ahead.

The July issue of b***n illustrated had a picture of a North Dakota Board of Regent member whose name I will not dignify to mention because he is a sleaze appointed to the board for one reason; to keep stirring the pot on UND nickname. He is at best is a wanna be leader with the smarmy arrogance the culture he represents.

What is sad is idiots from their culture and some of the naive from ours will spew mindless vitriol(dont even need to read it; know their lines already) at me for a truthful accurate in context post.
