Seems to have been narrowed down to either Shepard from Alabama or Vigen (according to a few OSU boards) and most want Vigen.

I've been hyping up Lewis since we played them, we absolutely need to target him in the portal or bare minimum reach out and see if he'd be interested in talking. Wish I knew who to contact so they could handle it and try, against Idaho he was was quite disruptive.

Those FCS transfers for the most part have been great contributors this season.

Just need more of them in the defensive backfield.

Random thought if Vigen does leave and takes some players what are the chances we could potentially grab some of the guys on their roster? I'd imagine it probably would be a bit more difficult since they are our arch rival.

Probably a better chance to flip in-state recruits.

IF they were FBS quality they'd be on an FBS team. I would argue the FCS-FCS transfers we brought in performed materially BETTER than the FBS-FCS dropdowns we brought in. And I'd win that argument.

I disagree. There are a lot of reasons kids leave the FBS teams. Playing time, using them to showcase their talents to get to a different program, i mean we have to realize that the FCS is the Farm League for the FBS players now.

What you just said in no way disagrees with my premise (in a different post). They leave FBS because of lack of PT.

They were standing in line last year. I know about a dozen transfers mainly from last season but some before. I know what they have told me.

Doubt they are looking at any "on" the Cats but recruits who have yet to be infected ... yes...
