WOW, just wow!!!!! Are you serious???? Sounds like someone with an agenda.
yeah, it's so hard to do. you really need to be obsessed to track this stuff. seems as if it's o.k. to be obsessed with sweeping stuff under the rug, but it's not o.k. to got out of your way to be factual. :thumb:
So you don't have an agenda then, fine. Let me ask it this way, though I doubt it will make a dent. At what point do you just let it go? "you've been clipping them for years"
If Mick is steering the ship in the right direction as you say, at what point do you, grizzy, just move on?? Remember, you first brought this stuff up in this thread.
But yeah, no agenda.
i've been done pointing out all the negative crap that went on. i hadn't mentioned a thing about it in a long time. i brought up the positive job dennehy has been doing since taking over to compliment what p.r. said about him. it was p.r. that found a way to not be satisfied with that. he asked for proof and i hit him square in the jaw with it, gladly, because it's people like him that got us in the situation we were in. he's still the same way, but logic tells me that people like dennehy, haslam, and engstrom know that. i'm more than happy to shine the spotlight on those people that have fed the problem. everyone in the administration that matters must know of p.r. and his ilk by now. he's probably been exposed there and i don't mind letting him know that his little game is over even if he won't accept it. p.r. was perfectly fine with the way things were going under hauck and pflugrad, because he would simply minimize everything until it got so big that the n.c.a.a., d.o.j. and d.o.e. had to get involved. he still tries to blame it on outside parties. he agrees with the verdict when it goes his way, but when it goes against him (donaldson, coleman, douglas, n.c.a.a. and d.o.j.) then the verdict is wrong, regardless of who the ruling came from.
the main thing i'm putting out there is that i'm just glad to say that with mick you don't get the feeling that it's only a matter of time before someone gets in trouble. that's a credit to him and the fact that he's turned that around is a big reason why he's been one of the most respected coaches in the country. he deserves the recognition. it's great having someone you feel like you can trust calling the shots.
