Tim Parks & Andrew Badger

I heard the Kaimin has set up a interview with Bobby on this latest incident. Now that he's at UNLV, he's willing to talk, talk, talk. Hell, they my not be able to get him to shut the f-ck up. Should be good reading.

I thought the dorm fight was the one where some freshman including a Missoula kid were involved, most got kicked off eventually, but wasnt Stuberg involved in that one too.

not the same as the frat house beatdown which tru was involved in and caused bobby his problems with the Kamine

Or am I thinking of a different incident, there are so many its hard to keep track :thumb:
I thought it was at a bar in Big Fork. Or a bar in Bozeman where somebody was using his fake id. I don't know there have been so many of them. :thumb:

Parks lawyer says he does not expect charges to be filed:
Attorney Paul Ryan, who's representing Parks, released a statement following Parks' release:

"In no way was Timothy Parks at the scene of the robbery, nor did he participate in the attack. We do not believe prosecutors will file charges against Mr. Parks."

The Missoula County Attorney's office is expected to file charges against the other four suspects on Friday.

Bear Axed, your info couldn't be more wrong. First off Jordan HASQUET, was never beaten up by anybody at Stocks. His name was Jack McGillis, and I don't think Jimmy Wilson was ever named in that brawl. In fact, I'm almost positive that incident occured AFTER he was incarcerated.

Bear Axed's info is horrifically off base and always has been. For the sake of clarity, Jimmy was indeed involved in the Stockman's incident. I'm not going to re-hash this as it does not pertain to the thread, and any constructive discourse regarding the issue is a total impossibility in this forum.

As for the robbery/assault topic, it seems that Parks' charges were dropped down to tampering with evidence? Badger's bail amount and charges make him look to be lead dog in this.
Anyone have updates on the medical condition of the store clerk? Here is hoping for a speedy recovery.

I would like to see a Missoulian article by Florio on cat fans who have posted in this thread who quickly become ex-egriz posters. That would make me happy. Put that article right next to Badger's photo. Then the world will be right again.

Sells drugs.

I kid I kid. I really have no idea what he does or if he has a degree.

Just saw on the KECI website that two of the others (the Kamaka brothers) involved in the robbery are former football players for Western Montana, both of whom quit partway through the 2012 season.

If I was the Grizzlies I would have a significant number of CURRENT football team members go and visit Patrick Bendig in the hospital and present him with a signed Grizzly football or some other memoribilia. Then I would have everyone associated with Grizzly athletics hold a fundraiser for this person to pay for his medical bills because I doubt he has good health insurance. Someone needs to shine this turd of a news story into something more positive.

So... his lawyer is really claiming the Parks was not involved? Mistaken identity? Wow. Where's PR when you need him? Probably putting together the egriz defense strategy so he can tell everyone how there might be more to this story than what the papers are reporting I would assume.

Not a bad idea, for sure.

I can't wait for headline after "former Griz football player Jason Washington" has his day in court in the upcoming month or so.

This is Missoula, home of activist juries when it comes to this sort of thing. They will prolly induct Jason into some kind of special Hall of Fame

Medical bills should be covered by work comp as well as a portion of his wages. Would be cool to see the team do something. Season tickets for life would be good.
I have not been following this story to close, has the Missoula community done any sort of fund raising events? The fans here on egriz should start something. You start it and filter it over it BN let's see if we as MONTANA'S can make something happen for him.
