Your right about the App St game that was a great atmosphere. I enjoyed that. I also think that the E Washington game this year will have the same magnitude given. I just cant afford to go to every home game like i have done in the past which kinda sucks. It should be a good game this weekend looking forward to watching it..

On the friday before Apps you could walk up to the ticket office and buy a ticket. I think that there are always tickets available in the days leading up to all games.

The athletic department holds backs tickets, especially for big games, and then releases them late. Historically, for homecoming and other big games, some requests for tickets are made in the morning of game days.

They were STUDENT tickets that we re not claimed

Online Missoulian article tonight reports that plenty of tickets still available for PSU HC

KPAX reported that cats HC game sold out...


Granted ticket costs high here, but for first time in many years the homecoming game tix go wanting....sign of the times...

MSU selling out has nothing to do with the Griz' game not selling out. I'm disappointed it didn't sell out either, but I was afraid this would happen with the allotment of more student tickets. I also do not think this is a reflection of of what happened last week. Almost ALL of the PSU tickets for sale on Craigs were on there BEFORE the Griz lost to NAU. I looked every day this week, and no more than 10 new posts went up for PSU tickets.

WBTFG, Totally agree. We're talking less than 500 people. When Big Sky games start missing fans by the thousands, and or season ticket sales drop below 18,000 I will be the first to hit the panic button. Until then, it is what it is. Half the time, the asses in the seats don't match the announced attendance anyway.

I agree. Some people love the atmosphere at the game, but when you have weather, and the games are televised they just might like to stay in the warmth of their home or local pub. Of course different teams bring out more of a crowd. I know I wouldn't go to the Bison game tomorrow if it was outdoors in this rain, wind, and cold. Lucky for me they have a dome, even though I love an outdoor stadium more.

Does anyone know how many student "season" tickets were sold this year?
