Just a Willy Pflug update. Had a bad night in the Oregon 6A second round. His Sunset High Apollos are out. Time for Willy to focus on the Griz play book. The Oregonian will do a write up soon. I'll post any relevant Pflug info.

Who decides who redshirts... player or coaches? Or is it agreed?

The coaches make the recommendation, sometimes a strong one. Its ultimately up to the player though. For instance, if a kid wants to be done with school in 4 years, that's his business.

In his second round loss, Willy Pflug three for 186 yards and two touchdowns. He also threw 3 picks.

Can't believe I am typing it, but the Griz could be the second choice on that list. Idaho State has a graduating QB as well, a dynamic offense, and is in his home state.

I know nothing about the vandals (other than they pretty much suck) or this qb, so serious question here....is he any good?

Are you kidding me? We know nothing about any of our returning QBs. Yet, the most important position on the team is a low priority?

What type of system would you rather be in at quarterback? A team that throws the ball 50 times a game or a team that has no identity what so ever on offense. It would not surprise me if that kid goes to Pocatello and that is a joke.
