Ahh yes ABQ......red meat to the lions and wet dreams to teenagers never gets old...I just hope the Griz Faithful earmark this thread for some late November hurling!!! A few myths to debunk:
1) Cat O-line is weak and small........nearly all Freshman line opened up opened up huge holes in the vaunted Griz D-line last year in the victory at Wa-Griz 2012.....what!!! how can this be!!! Geez...I wonder if the got any bigger???
2) Front 7 for Griz are "scary" good......got news for ya.....none of the guys is as fast as McGhee...when the QB is faster than 2/3 of the opposing teams D....it's going to be a long day....if you thought DM got some first downs with his feet last year wait until this year.
3) Jordan Johnson is God....(every Griz cheerleaders dream date) shows he can recapture some of the 'ol Magic of 2011 with a bunch of new players.....forget that he can be injury prone....and then the fan favorite's of JingleheimerHan & McKinney can display some of the deep & experienced talent at QB.

McGhee isnt that fast even for a QB, I would bet Tripp stacks up very well against that guy on any track. Gamboa is definitely faster and Owen may not be be that far behind Gamboa. Kidder would run him down and rip him apart when he caught him. If your midget makes it through the season hes gonna get planted in your mudhole of a stadium.

Who is MD? I do know Tripp, at 240 lbs, is one of the fastest players on the team. JJ seems very fast also, but I think alot of it is his shiftyness. You can be quick and shifty on a football field and still run a shitty 40.

Tripp's size and speed are NFL quality. It will be interesting to see his performance at the combine next spring.

Yeah.....Gamboa and a couple of DB's probabily could.....but they ain't the scary good "Front Seven"

I can guarantee you that Tripp is much faster. The pro day/combine numbers in the spring will confirm this. That will be the only true apples to apples comparison to prove the fact.
 
Gamboa is a LB last I heard they moved him from safety (Dumb)

No way DM runs under 4.6, I cant wait for the combine to see what he runs.

I would be in the ballpark running against the Irish Jesus
