The real Jesse Sims thread

Since the other thread has turned into an apparent Kyle Sample thread, and discussion of the Gewn Florio train wreck the is getgrizzy..I felt this kid should have his appropriate thread.

Sims is arguably one of the best recruits to come out of Montana for a while, and one of the top ones this year. Hes a great athlete with a ton of upside regardless of where he plays for the Griz. The fact that he was on many western FBS schools radars and is now going to be in a Montana jersey is great news and something that shouldn't be overshadowed by certain posters issues with the media...or how everyone hates getgrizzy.

Im excited for this kid, the cats wanted him bad, we GOT HIM...and this should be an appropriate thread to discuss Sims and his football career. Nothing else.

In the I told U so post I mentioned earlier "if we get him he will end up on defense". Has the tools to be a great De End. Local Bitterroot kid that will get great fan support. He was on the line and I was not 100% sure we would get him over the cats. He has a sister playing for the Griz basket ball team, that may have helped! Also has a younger sister about a 7th grader.

It will be interesting to watch him grow and become a super player as he certainly has the skills to become damn good. Gregorak is excited I am sure!

Excited to see how he does. He outperformed some of the most elite competition at the camps he attended. With the right direction and coaching this kid could make a big impact. Good luck and welcome the real Jesse Sims.

I also see him as a DE, but who knows. He could be a great tight end too. I just love seeing those big Montana made guys playing DE for the Griz tho......time to let that hair grow out.

The right direction would be toward the quarterback. Man that's going to hurt.
