Tevin McDonald

Nothing personal against Tevin, and I wish the best. With the microscope we are under, at this point in time, no xfrs's with any drug or legal problems.

We don't need help at safety anyway. Why would we want a "good" kid (as he was described by his coach). He could transfer to Northern Colorado (as pot is now legal in Colorado).
UNC...good call. Colorado is definitely the "Rocky Mountain High" state. He fits here right now like a fox in a hen house. NO WAY !! I know what I thought of our safety play last year. :puke: Horrible!!!

Wait just a second there PlayerRape... Neither of those stories indicate that Tevin McDonald wasn't charged with a crime. Therefore by your standards, he hasn't really done anything wrong. Why wouldn't the Griz want to take a look at him? If he were a Griz, you'd say it's no big deal.

No Chance...you dont "pursue" this kid! If he chooses you...you listen but I dont see the A.D. & Head Guy bending over backwards to sway him to come to a state with a less then delightful history of substance abuse.

No sense in putting on the day glow suit to get more attention.

I hope he bounces back. If it were me I would keep my son closer to home or move with him if I was involved. God Bless the McDonald family as the work to overcome Tevin's challenges.

NPB

I say let's embrace our gansta, thug reputation and go get the kid. If Pat Williams or anyone else says anything we can always que up playerrep to come up with a million excuses for him or route a petition in his support.

This just in from old Growler (no he is not dead) he has a strong plus on this kid. Told me we should get after him right away. When I asked old Growler why, he stated "hell man he ain't raped anyone has he?"

In any event he ain't coming to UM!

Oh hey, yea! I remember you! ;) Are you feeling any better after our little encounter? Might've been because you were so contorted in the backseat of your Geo Metro. :coffee:

And all this time I thought the rimrock was implying the rims in Billings.

Where exactly in PR's quote does he say that anything about whether a crime was committed or not? You must be listening to those little voices in your head again when you read -- or you have a serious reading comprehension problem. Either way, back to BCN for you.

Catch up son. PR is constantly defending Griz player actions by saying that if they are not charged with a crime, plea down, yada, yada, yada that it's no big deal.

I'd find multiple posts from PR that back up my statement but i'm too busy dodging all of rimrock's calls and pm's.

Not true. When I have heard particular knowledge of the law, facts or situation, I have commented on about a dozen situations in the past decade or so. I was substantively correct in predicting the outcome on all of them. For all the other incidents, I was silent. There are few situations where I ever said an incident was no big deal. The Wilson biting incident was one where I did. Most of the time I didn't comment on whether the player should be allowed back or allowed to continue to play, although sometimes I predicted that they would be allowed to play. Again, have right every single time on that too, is my recollection. I also have defended Bobcat players in some situations. My defense has nothing to do with these kids being Griz or not. But because I follow the Griz, I read the stories and am sometimes provided with certain information.

Brokebaker is just a troll, and now most people on the board can see that. Zero credibility.

troll? Wow PR, that's really hurtful especially considering I posted a link to a story yesterday that corroborated your story of telling the family to go to Hauck. The new west article stated that neither McCarthy nor his dad (a big Griz fan) thought the whole incident was a big deal. Basically what you said. oh well, keep on hatin'

Even when he is being "over the top", he adds infinitely more value to this forum than you do. Trust me, I am all caught up with that much.

He adds "infinitely" more... well, you got that part true! He sure does like to hear himself type! If you'd been "caught up", you would've understood the intent of my original post.

Fear not, your intent is perfectly transparent.
