I think this approach is more about where each are in their respective coaching career. For better or worse, Nate is very much under the microscope and needs to show vast improvement in the results this upcoming season.

I admire it too. I'm glad Harris has made some drastic changes during the offseason in an effort to improve the team. There have been several coaches in the past (I won't mention names) that have absolutely refused to adapt for the betterment of the program. Good on Nate for recognizing changes needed to be made!
