Sounds like a home run. Good on Nate also realizing that the players weren't developing under his leadership and that he needed help in that area.
Key phrase: "I love figuring out what they are not strong at and putting a plan together and seeing how we can get good at ball-handling, footwork, finishing, shooting, passing, body movement, timing," he said. "I love helping them get better and seeing confidence build within players as they develop new skills."

Maybe he could do both.
Travis is all about control, and his concepts and BB philosophy. I doubt he would approve.

Thats why i commend Nate so much. It takes a certain individual to realize where some short comings are and reaching out for help. Regardless if he needs it or not, why would you not want this guy helping your kids out. Very shortsighted to deny the help.
