Izzo is great at what he does, his show is so much better than anything Skyline puts out. I often wonder how Izzo hasn't been snatched up by a big time sports network hes that good and the production quality of his show is light years ahead of these clowns. A few years ago a guy that used to work in Missoula sent me links to them now that he works in the Fargo area. Montana has nothing like that period, and I include the tv stations with that comment
Unless something drastic happens, I think Izzo is in Fargo for the long haul. I agree his podcasts are very, very good..

He's been at wday-tv in fargo for 20 years and the sports director for about 15 of them.. his wife is from the area and teaches at a school in the Fargo-Moorhead metro.so that might factor into his future too.

Also, there's a few lawyers advertising with us, maybe that can help you with your need for an attorney. Just watch the commercials in here and you'll be able to find one. They'd be happy to help you.

You guys are so kind to help us with our marketing. These threads dedicated to our podcasts really help us grow our content conglomeration. So thank you!

Really like it when you are Hot Mic with Izzo wish you were on it more.👍

I just listened to a bit of this. I can see that I've gotten into Schmidt's head. A few people have fed me with more stuff.

Schmidt is a liar. He wants to say I'm 80 and have dementia. He's called me 80 multiple times I'm told, and I heard some in the podcast. Think he's making a bit too much of the below joke. Until Schmidt came after me, I had never said a negative thing about Schmidt in my entire life, have always liked him (due to his playing in the same Bozeman high backfield with my nephew), having both been high-flying Hawks and have even supported him at times. He then comes on some podcast and comes at me out of the blue (I am told and appeared on egriz), saying I was shit about him. Not true. A complete lie.

"Schmidt knows that I'd kick his ass if he called me out on air. As I have said before, my nephew and Schmidt were the starting running backs for the High-Flying Hawks and were classmates. Tanyon Bissel who played at Boise State was in that backfield too, as the QB. My nephew was a starting corner for Dartmouth." I thought at that time of my post that I had enough history and relationship with him that he wouldn't be calling me out on the podcast and so I made my joke comment. Well, I was wrong. That's okay. Now I can feel free to go after him.

Then, he started taking to me in the thread on egriz. Said that my thread on giving some love to the OL is what set him off and caused him to start calling me out on the podcast. Recall that until the recent thread, I had not said a negative word or any word on Schmidt, other than occasional support in the past. And some of what he apparently said about me was not true. Again, he's a liar.

I can see that the criticism that he and Colter have gotten have already altered and softened what they are saying about the Griz, OL, coaches, etc. Now they see a path to win a national championship and have softened up on the OL, etc. So, mission accomplished.

After the gloves came off, I noted he never played much and was mostly a scrub. Did he ever start more than one or so games. That was in response to what he had been saying about me, including age and dementia. And after someone said he'd played in a national champ game, I asked for Schmidt's stats in the game. There weren't any, to my knowledge. Clearly, I got his goat. Mission accomplished. I wonder if Schmidt was the program he couldn't get a job in Missoula after graduation. I suppose that never occurred to him. I would never have hire a guy like what he's become.

My wife asked me to turn up the piece of the podcast I was listening to a bit ago, and asked what was up. Her comment was that Schmidt is not only an asshole, but he's got a chip on his shoulder. She also says he's a got a big ego. He says he is always right and he always knows what he is talking about. My Bozeman family, or the few I mentioned this too (my brother lives in the same Over 55 as I do in AZ and I text with my nephew), are feeling a bit different about Schmidt too and shaking their heads.

Schmidt is bad for the Griz program, in my view. He's causing more harm to the program than good. People like Taber, some of you and I, are helping the program with our support and positive view.

My view on Colter is changing too. Still like him and like what he does, but I'm not no longer going to speak up for him when I see or hear people going after him unfairly. Clear, sunny and 77 here in AZ. Time to get to the pool.

I texted a bit with Bobby yesterday. He's fired up. Go Griz!

The O line is still trash the defense is average to below average as well. South Dakota may beat us this weekend because of it.

Yes, we could lose, but the OL and D are both good. The Griz knocked SDSU off the line from the get-go, subject to few occasional issues with their good player. The Griz OL was better than the SDSU OL in the game. The Griz D played very well. You are clueless about football and the Griz.

I couldn't agree more and I really don't understand the haters. Must suck to be them.
There are Bobcat and Griz fans that will hate on any pundit who isn't a complete and total homer. Colter clearly doesn't fit that motif, so to those fans, he's clearly a Bobcat or Griz fan.

We're talking bottom of the barrel intelligence people here, so hopefully Colter doesn't let it bother him too much.

I think to Colter any attention is good attention for the show. Part of the shtick is to try to get these fans to listen to his show by fitting their narrative.

Maybe so, but my dad could beat up your dad

I imagine your wife knows all about this.

ANOTHER THREAD ABOUT ME!!! You guys are the best. Be sure to follow along on my Twitter so you guys can see the plays that I tried to show over zoom. Some real bad OL play, some real good OL play, and some highlights of their best OL Shafer. A Christmas gift to Jack to try to get him to learn 21st century football. I am not only kind, but generous with my knowledge. Alright guys if you need anything reach out on twitter, the DMs are open. If you need to know how to take pictures of shirtless Griz players at your lake house and then text them to all of your friends making you look rather… strange, ask Jack he is the expert.

Ok see you on the next thread about me next week!

I watched the video and was smiling the whole time. It was fun to see the hosts seemingly understand what eGriz is for the first time. I found myself thinking, "Uh, yeah, fellas. That's kinda what this is. Thought that was known." People have been threatening to fight dissenters at the Mo Club on here since '02.

I suppose I'd just say to anyone running a bit, it might be useful to know that you didn't invent doing so. That way, you might not be as shocked when you encounter one. ;)😘

Tho Ol and Dl definitely had more good moments than bad moments thats for sure. This is also not the jackrabbits of the past 2 years it definitely seemed like a more watered down version. But none the less they kicked some jackrabbit ass. What concerns me is the lack of tfl's,sacks and overall mayhem that our front 7 can cause. Days like solo had used to happen every weekend and sometimes from different players each weekend yet it seems like we've lacked that this year against the quality opponents. Hopefully the guys in maroon handle their business this weekend so they can show some improvements against the scats. Spy Lamson with wing the entire game and I smell burnt bobcat.

He was spot on about you. It's nice to know you can identify the 80-year-old he referred to.

You think it’s all about you. Ego. Thin-skinned. Often wrong. Can’t stay off egriz because your ears are burning. Egriz is my only social media. How was the unheard of law school you went to?
