You can be unhappy with the bubble whether you gave money or not. But complaining about the bubble if you didn't rings a bit hollow since lack of giving is the driving factor in why the bubble was deemed the best current approach.
Got it. Moving forward, in discussing the bubble, maybe we should require a “giver/nongiver” designation at the beginning of each post. Only then will we know whether any critique of the bubble within that post rings hollow.
It should go by dollar amount. Like, if you gave $1k, you are allowed to criticize the bubble 1 time. But if you gave $10k, you can do it 10 times. We’d have to decide on a “Platinum Unlimited” dollar amount that allows you unlimited criticisms. I say $250k+.
Edit: I just thought of something. What if some jackaloon comes along and says he or she didn’t give to the bubble because he or she didn’t think it was a good idea in the first place, so he or she chose not to support it? We need a name for these detractors. Detractors?
