Stock in Gragg, Gregorak as future HC just went up !!!

Boy it'd be a travesty if either one of these guys were named head coach. Gragg is not even close, and really, what has he done as an asst coach? Gregorak needs time, he's definitely not ready. Let's not let the euphoria of last night cloud our judgement of who the next coach of this team should be.. there are going to be some good candidates out there, better than who's on staff right now.

+1

They both bettered their chances. As of now, I feel Gregorak has done more to be a candidate than Gragg has. TG's defenses have continually improved. This season, other than the Poly game they played consistent, verging on dominating at times. Gregorak has also owned up to his defenses struggling and consistently took responsibility.

As for Gragg, we really don't know if the play calling was due to Delaney forcing the type of play calling we saw the majority of this season. The Cat game was really the only game we got to see what this offense was capable of with the reigns off. If the offense continues through the playoffs to be consistent, Gragg can catch Gregorak and put himself in position to be a front runner for the job.

Needless to say, the playoffs will be huge for Gragg's and Gregorak's coaching futures. That alone should motivate them bring their A+ games. I really am hoping that is exactly what will happen.

One should never make big decision when they're at an emotional low point or at an emotional high point. Neither should the Griz. One game can't be the determining factor.
Exactly. Plus do we really want our head coach to be the guy who got blackout drunk in Vegas, broke into some dudes car at a strip club and stole his wallet and i thought gun too. Then wakes up with a hooker. And ends up getting arrested for the incident.

Well, how that is usually handled on a resume is:

"Is willing to take chances; understands risk, will put everything on the line to achieve a goal; in private, he's known as fun-loving and the life of the party."

Titleist is going to be our coach?

I don't think I'd like playing football for Maxim.

Second thing is he should find out the facts BEFORE he posts such fact-less drivel.

Can't defend him being drunk as a skunk. The other said to be a set-up during a nasty custody battle. Charges dropped.

You would have a picture of a dumb blonde. Don't be ignorant, Gregorak was wrongfully accused, read the full article:

How do you know Ty is not ready? Mick seems to think so. Team seems to think he's ready. He certainly has more experience than Bobby when he was hired here. The important thing is does the AD think he is ready: can he be the face of Montana football; can he recruit: can he keep and/or assemble a staff.

Yes X 3

Anyone who thinks that Gragg or Gregorak are legitimate candidates in this search are out of their minds. They can and will apply, but neither will get it. And yesterday's win and the playoffs going forward won't make a difference. If you compare the resumes of Ty and Scott with the others Haslam is looking at, it's not even close. It's hilarious the conclusions people will jump to after one big win.

Totally agree. This was one game. Go read posts from the past two months related to the defense and offensive line.

Am I excited about the thought that Gregorak maybe the new head coach....nope, do I think it will happen...yep

Read many other articles where Ty admitted to police he was severely intoxicated, he had the gun and wallet but returned them to the bouncer's room etc. Just because charges
were not brought forward, doesn't mean Ty was falsely accused. Get real......
