Stitt's staff didn't lose this game

Go sniff up Saban's arse some more. The Griz of 1994-2009 never let this unprepared b.s. happen. Go smoke a southern bowl of alligator crap.

Correct. Anyone with any sense knows that two weeks is not enough time to have the team prepared for a game like this. Such ragged play, to include ongoing woeful ST performance is unfair to a coaching staff who meant well.
I'd say 503 yards of O against the con's highly touted #1 D was due to some good preparation.
Running up yards is not so difficult when you spot that team with the #1 D four scores right out of the gate. Great preparation.

I'm confused by your logic. When we rack up 500 yards but only score 27 points because of turnovers its a bad thing. HOWEVER, earlier in the year when the opposition was doing the same against us, racking up 500 yards, scoring less points then us - you still complained.

I'd rather give up 600 yards and win the game....then get 500 yards, give up less than 300 yards and lose the game. That's why yardage means nothing. Execution, turnovers, mistakes and penalties cost us this game.
Teams in a strong winning position routinely give up short pass plays, etc. for the sake of running down the clock. This is nothing new to the game. Win the the game and live to fight another day. Keep your field generals out of concussion protocol... :egriz:

Apparantly you forget about the home debacle loss to Youngstown in the first round of the playoffs, or the absolutely DISASTER on the road at Western Illinois, which made today's game look like a barn-burner. Or how about the loss seven points the Griz scored in Joe Glenn's first game against Hofstra. Or how about the loss in Wash-Griz to DII North Dakota State, yes, a Bison team who would go on to go just 7-4 in DII that season. I could go on, but the point is, all of those games I just mentioned, happened in the time frame you said these types of games never happen. I was at or saw every one of those games, and I can say the Griz looked disgustingly unprepared and disorganized in ALL OF THEM.

This, other than the untimely turnovers which kept killing our chance of getting points and seizing momentum, we owned the second half like they did the first.

Could you please repeat that? I wasn't paying attention to your nonsense.

There needs to be an emoji of someone banging their head against a wall. That's what I'm doing trying to convince y'all that the "Fire Stitt" threads are getting ridiculous.

Wouldn't it be funny if he quits, gets hired by Nebraska and wins a National Championship there! lol

Not going to happen, but I would laugh.

If he wins here, which is definitely possible, he might get hired on there. A natty for Nebraska though would take quite a rebuilding.

Are you kidding me? There were tons of games after bye weeks that the Grizzlies came out flat and probably shouldn't have won. You're drunk.

It was a disappointing start, but I’m proud of the way the team fought in the second half. This is such a young team, you can se something special coming together. This team is going to steamroll teams in the coming seasons, but they’re not quite there yet.

Having a positive attitude isn't allowed here. Your not a proper fan if your not whining about how sh***y the team is playing.

A young team? Hell 4 of the 5 offensive lineman leave after this year leaving our offensive line in the hands of players who basically have never played a snap.

Want to bet on that? Wofford, Delaware, Massachustts - the list goes on and on and NDSU...Division TWO NDSU.
:lol give it up digger. Common sense need not apply

I am a Cat fan. Coach Stitt is the second coming of Rob Ash. You guys used to play really tough with swagger. Now, the Griz play soft. You guys need to get the swagger back and play nasty. Just say’in!

We’re very young at our skill positions. Yes, the o line are mostly upperclassmen, I realize that. But, the fact that Jensen, JLM, Akem, and Toure are going to play together for another three seasons in this offense should keep big sky DC’s up at night.

No not stupid at all. If you are a Griz fan and cannot see how soft the way the Griz are playing as opposed to how they used to play with a nastiness and swagger then you have blinders on and are the stupid one. The griz used to kick ass and take no names and now are playing Ash ball. Just say’in.

It could just be that "some people" don't want Stitt to be the coach (because they think they are buds with a different candidate, or Stitt didn't give them a reach around at a meet and greet, or both) and will not support anything he does no matter the result on the field.
