I'd like to hear from some of the posters who were saying several weeks ago that college athletes don't need to be motivated (so who cares if one of the good UM motivators was gone), and if they weren't motivated on their own, they shouldn't be here. Maybe they can shed some light on what Stitt is saying.
Since we all know to whom you're referring here, do have an explanation for the bad losses that occurred while he was here?
The subject is motivation. Stitt raised the subject, and that's what this thread is about. The thread is not about bad losses. Again, it's about motivation. Motivation is important, but it doesn't win every game and lack of it does not lose every game. Are you one of the posters who said motivation wasn't important or wasn't necessary for college athletes and coaches?

Again, why are you bringing up the departure of a certain coach if the discussion is about motivation?
