I've already addressed (elsewhere) the issue of whether or not the Griz "deserve" to be in the playoffs. The committee looked at a bunch of factors ... and chose the Griz over many other (7-4) candidates. That's good enough for me. And there are, like 100, other teams that would like to be in our shoes.

And, FWIW, I'm not sure that many are all that happy about it anyway.

I'm happy for the players...especially the seniors. My point was and is that making the playoffs was never aspirational for the fan base until recently, it seems.
 
Stitt and his "amazing" offense that he still clings to inventing the jet fly sweep, pretty much consisted of running the shit outta JLM until the guy was used up and hurt.

He did. Lasted a season or two and coached his former QB with Montana, who seemed also not to be able to hold down an address for more than a couple of seasons.

Any of you remember the precursor to RTD. It was FUW - Fight, Unite, Win. At a coaches show late in the 2016 season, Bob let it slip that sometimes you just have to wait for graduation when asked about how things were going with the team. So a management consultant is hired to see what they could do to fix the mess and the FUW slogan came about. A long-time college coach who had botched things so badly that he had to bring in help from outside the program. He should have been jettisoned after the 2016 season.

He could recruit skill position folks. Maybe he knew how to coordinate a passing game, but he wasn't a good head footbal coach.
 
Ha. You just know stitt tweeted that when he thought the Griz wouldn't make the playoffs. You can't really troll bob, but you'll always have the fly sweep.
 
Didn't end up liking stitt but that tweet was hilarious. As far as bobby bleeding griz, he sure seems ok with them losing to the cats 3 outta 4 times.

I don’t think this true at all. I truly believe it kills Bobby to lose to the Cats. Probably out of proportion to the importance of the game. Which might be his issue. If you are 6-5 lifetime against the team you want most to beat maybe you are doing something wrong.
 
...I think this goes deeper than a tweet or tweets...Bobby snub Stitt in a public forum I was told...
in otherwards Stitt has embarrassed the Griz Program and he was a Loser....well the shoe is on the
other foot....so I think there is some payback here!
