Let it go. It's not like we were gonna make a deep run in the playoffs anyways. Let 'em build something for 2019 and 2020.

f*** that noise! I still think we can make a run. This year.
I'm tired of waiting until next year every year. This year!
That's the ticket. Who works out next year? Can't even get your heart rate going next year, not even a mouse on a wheel.
Well that second round game would be against NDSU, SDSU, or EWU. I'd rather face them next year with (hopefully) a better O-Line and a lot of seasoned sophomore players.

With all due respect, I would rather play that second round game this year if my choices are (1) to play it, or (2) not play it.

I was very disappointed over the weekend and earlier this week. But, like every other week, I'm now getting excited for Saturday. Any logical criticism of the team is beginning to go in one ear and out the other. I think we are going to go into Grand Forks and burn that f***[*] corn palace to the ground. I can't explain it, but the Griz are the only sports team that could lose by 50 to Rocky and still have me thinking we have a puncher's chance against the Packers seven days later. Not sorry 'bout it.

The world famous Corn Palace is in Mitchell, SOUTH Dakota. I hope the Griz can find Grand Forks, ND.

 Haha! Like anyone cares about the difference between North Dakota and South Dakota. I'm fairly certain nobody actually lives in either place, and I'm sure the corn palace and the Frago Shed are within a few minutes of one another by car.

It's been 4 days...My wife says I have problems letting things go. This is ringing very true about the PSU game. I just can't get over it. Players, coaches, coordinators.... everyone did everything they could to lose that game. just terrible. Let's hope the coaches and players are more capable of moving on than I am. :dead:

I wish my wife would say that. I would let her go pronto and prove her wrong.

Why don't you just deflate her and put her back in the box she came in?

That's easier said than done, like packing a parachute in a cup-o-noodles container. Thankful now I didn't order the "chunky ass" version.

I’ll face them this year and get that experience. Either way we got a fighters chance and Idc if we’re not supposed to this year, let’s make a run!

Dammit, now I want some freakin Cup o Noodles.

Does anyone have recommendations on where I might mainline some MSG?

Griz just lost to one of the worst (or the worst) team in the Big Scare and we are debating a second round playoff game. Something wrong with that.

Bobby was brought here to win now. Maybe not Natty's right a way but conference championships for sure. Anything less than 8 wins this year is a step backwards from last year.
This is a much easier schedule this year than last year. No UW, EWU, Weber State, NIU.
Apparently this should be an even better team than last year. Bob Almighty upgraded at QB,RB,DE and secondary.

#1. The Bob Almighty moniker is pretty funny. #2. I am no BA apologist by any means. #3. He did inherit a Swiss cheese o line. That is probably the greatest weakness of this team. You can upgrade every other damn position, but without a serviceable o line you are kind of dead In the water. Last weeks loss highlighted that glaring weekness. BA better recruit some drop downs or dominant JC linemen or next year will be just as damn bad.

Oh, BS. That's not true at all. He was hired to return the Griz to or towards dominance, over the next several years.

And no, the schedule is not much easier this year. No NIU? What's that?

Cats, PSU and ND are better this year. Non-conference games are tougher this year.

nau or isu most likely. I think our schedule is easier then last year conference wise as only one really tough conference game left but regardless we are in better shape than all the nay sayers think we are.

“NAU” but I am sure you know that was a spell check.

The conference schedule is extremely easier than last year. Not sure how you can say the OOC is my easier this year. Really? A pioneer team and two games against the bottom feeders of the MVC that have a combined 4-6 record?

Stop with the oline crap. They didn’t turn the ball over 4 times, drop passes, throw INT’s or complete 30 percent of their passes against PSU.
The Griz had almost 170 yards rushing at 5 yards a pop in the game. 2 of the 3 sacks were on the QB.

Also stop with the “you can’t win with 4 turnovers”. PSU turned it over 3 times. That’s minus one. Pretty even.

In last years loss to Weber we were minus 4 in turnovers. That’s a game where you can say TO’s killed us.

So the loss precludes the playoff game from being possible?

No, I didn't know what you were talking about. NIU, in a year we played Northern Iowa University, means NIU, not NAU.

NIU and WI are not bottom feeders. Look who they have played. I've already posted who they played. Losses to the likes Iowa, Illinois, NDSU, and are EWU are not bad losses. Your "analysis" is so shallow that it is worthless.

Sorry, but I'm not just going to accept your ill-informed and unsupported opinions/views. Do some homework.

The playoff team from the Pioneer team has beaten the Big Sky team in the playoffs two years in a row. U San Diego beat NAU 42-10 last year in the playoffs. In 2017, U San Diego beat Cal Poly in the playoffs 35-21. Make your no "NIU"/NAU comment combined with your Pioneer conference comments look pretty stupid. Drake has lost one game and is leading the Pioneer this year.

4 or 5 turnovers, combined with a punt return for TD or a blocked punt, is not 3 turnovers. Don't be so stupid. If UM eliminate one turnover or one of the punt glitches in the 2 losses, they probably win the games.

You don't think ND and MSU will be tough conference games? I do.
