Just guessing, but could it have to do with a wrongful termination suit by O'Day and Pflu?

How soon people forget. Just because the NCAA finished their work here, does not mean everything has been put to rest. Amazing how some posters jump people for not being 100% correct when one posts specifics. Yet, on the other hand, also posters are jumped for not posting more specifics on some matters. I am not going to expand any further on details. Maybe another poster or a few, will expand on more details. I know there are others who know more, but also are not, or will not post more specifics here.

It will be interesting to continue following all that has gone on as the public is given more information through formal sources. :thumb:

The really interesting time will be next year, between the end of the Griz season, and about March, when the 3 year statute of limitations runs on claims by O'Day, Pflu, Jordy, etc.

I don't think so. See 39-2-901 of Montana code. It is a 1 year statute of limitations for that particular cause of action.

Not if they are part of the normal combos. Cats had special unis made up just for the 2011 cat griz game.

Credible? (I know .. it's not FCS, but people still emote about Boise State.) Well, BSU does prosthetic limb research, and most analysts think the BSU football team needs Southwick to compete for a major (Big $$$) bowl. Why not?
