Specific announcement date?

My guess would be January 11th when the games are over, that would be a good time to break up the long off season. before spring ball starts.

No way in hell some of these good recruits wait around forever not knowing if they are still welcome here. I'm surprised some haven't already pulled their verbal to shop around a bit just in case, and potential recruits would really like to know who is going to be captain of the ship here for likely the duration of their college careers.

We had offered Jesse Sims who decided to take an offer from Oregon State. He withdrew his verbal within hours of the Riley announcement and is waiting to see what happens there AND here among other places.....just sayin.

I hope it's Stitt. Retaining most of the staff should keep most of the commits locked in.

On that point, Kent Haslam has called each an every commit and told them regardless the coach the UM will honor their scholarship offer.

Ahhhh I see. I would say it will be interesting to see if they are happy with the next HC but likely the recruits had a pretty good feeling Delaney wouldn't be seeing them through four or five years. Interesting for whomever takes over working with the recruits that may or may not fit his scheme or plan but that was honorable of KH to do.

I think if it were Stitt we would know by now, both of our seasons are done...but I hope I'm wrong, I like the guy..same with Bobby, but who knows..Stitt Happens

If it isn't announced this week, I doubt anyone has to worry about it being Hauck.

OK I can wait for a couple of weeks.
