Some say he shouldn't be back there

I have only read a few posts in this thread but want to respond to Teton's gibberish. JJ has proven himself and has taken his team to the FCS semi-finals. Has DM done this? No. Until then, don't come on this board talking foolishness.

But you have to remember that Stephen F. Austin has the best front seven that the Cats are going to see this year which skews DMac's stats the other way :lol:
 
Brfan..If SFA was a tough front 7 what the hell happened at Drake? McGhee really let down in that game or could it be that he was playing according to his capabilities.TetonCat, If you compare the head oh head performance of McGhee and JJ in last year's Brawl there is no way an objective fan could pick the irish lad. Let me repeat, no way that an objective fan could pick McGhee.
So come Saturday I will cheer again for the Griz and my other fav team which happens to be SUU this weekend. When will the cats ever play a real team instead of getting fat stats on these cupcakes they have been? STC ;)
 
Yes.....JJ did have a great game against the Cats last year....so did a lot of other Grizzlies (see how easy it is to not diss the Grizzlies!!!) DM also beat the griz in Wa-Griz as a freshman....will TM be able to do that in Nov....we shall see. If you want to go down memory lane JJ didn't have too great a game at Sac State.....I have a feeling that TM will have several more games just like NAU...if Alpha is right he doesn't even belong on the field....hmmm.....I wonder if the Griz coaches have the same low opinion of McGhee that the Griz fans have!! ;) ;)
 
Teton, I do not have a low opinion of DM it's just that I do not have him on a pedastal like a ton of cat fans do and like he projects. The Griz did a great job of shutting him down last year. The Griz lost the game his freshman year in WaGriz and the irish lad was basically just present. Did DM contribute to the two red zone fumbles the Griz gave away? Not hardly.
Anyway, Teton, it has been great sparring with you and the 11th commandment could well be thou shalt not diss the Griz.
 
:shock: I'm sorry I even revived this thread. My only point was DeNarius wasn't the 9th best QB anymore and the fact that he was designated so by grizz fans was ironic. Who's JJ anyway?
