If you can't fire someone was lowly as the tight ends coach for disgracing your team, something is very very wrong with the way you're doing business. It should be part of his one year contract that he can be fired for disgracing the program.
He's an adult. If he values his job, he shouldn't be downtown busting windows and carrying on like a jackass. Tight ends coaches are a dime a dozen. Send this one packing.

Or keep him around and put him in the MD doghouse - demote him to a serf position, work his ass off while everyday of it adds to his humiliation and he eventually leaves with his his tail between his legs. (the MD way)
