Actually I didn't express any opinion, I was simply pointing out that in our system the defense lawyer's duty is to protect the rights of his client. Understand the prosecution has no obligation to be fair either. I know an attorney who says that police and prosecutors aren't paid by how much justice they dispense,they are paid based on how many people they send to prison.

Maybe the individuals you confer with ought to check out the national scene every once in a while; just in case: http://www.innocenceproject.org/Content/Facts_on_PostConviction_DNA_Exonerations.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

There's such a thing as criminal malfeasance, isn't there?

What offense is the QB running? Neither SSH or BG fits the zone read scheme well. TM is not a drop back, pocket passer.

Well, in all fairness, it doesn't look like alpha's had a challenge for awhile. Can ya blame him if he's gotten a little complacent because it is so easy to get some egrizzers in a tizzy? :twisted: :thumb:

regarding th offense,,,,,the only thing that i have heard m.d. say is that there would be more two back sets package with the qb under center....along with the zone read package..(paraphrased)

according to coach delaney last wednesday at the fvcc event someone asked that question and he said that shay is the starter and it is for trent and brady to compete for playing time. also i spoke to the new wide receiver coach and asked that with all the speed they recruited would pocket throwers like shay and brady be the best for his type of offense they seem to brewing with all the speedy recruits they got this year.
he said that they are looking at running an offense like the houston texans and washington redskins that would give them the flexibility to use what talents they have............so it sounds as if the spread option we saw with jj and the possibility with trent is not in the playbook this year.
look for something new.

SSH is the worst QB I have seen start for the Griz, I like what MD did on the recruiting trail but it he starts SSH I have zero confidence in his coaching and decision making ability.

If SSH is the starter against App St, it wouldn't even be worth going to.
I wouldn't miss it for anything, but SSH starting is about the only thing that comes close :( .

Just more evidence that MD has no clue what he's doing.

Yep, that decision could potentially put me back in a 28-day treatment center.
