I'm hoping he is available, but we go with Cam and in the best case, don't need him. My understanding is Sneed's got an ankle injury (I assume a slight sprain, if, as Hauck said in the pre-game presser, he may be able to go Saturday), so I don't know that he is more susceptible to being injured further if he plays. Football is a physical game. Players get injured. There isn't any basis for an assumption that if he sits out a game that he couldn't be injured anyway. Don't disagree that it is a Catch-22.
I read where the Alabama QB got a high ankle sprain last week, had some surgery to stabilize it, and is scheduled to play next week, apparently being out for only one game. Seems amazing to me.
