Sneed

I agree that if we lose Sneed for the year it would suck big time, not because Cam can't do the job, but because we don't have anyone behind him with any experience. My understanding is Sneed's got an ankle injury (I assume a slight sprain, if, as Hauck said in the pre-game presser, he may be able to go Saturday), so I don't know that he is more susceptible to being injured further if he plays. Football is a physical game. Players get injured. There isn't any basis for an assumption that if he sits out a game that he couldn't be injured anyway. Don't disagree that it is a Catch-22.
It's a high ankle sprain, nothing "slight" about it. It could be abused if relied on too early. Sure, you tape them up, but mobility is compromised. I'm hoping he is available, but we go with Cam and in the best case, don't need him. Win, win.

I read where the Alabama QB got a high ankle sprain last week, had some surgery to stabilize it, and is scheduled to play next week, apparently being out for only one game. Seems amazing to me.

We will need Sneed for Weber/Cats. If that means we lose to EWU so be it. I'm ready to roll with Cam ( a legit #1), he's got the tools to move the team. If we lose to EWU it will likely be because the defense didn't provide enough stops, sorry if that annoys people.

Agree 1000%. But, if he’s under the gun, how will he take it? That’s the real question here.

take it on the run would be best guess. but I don't think it's true I think bobby telling white lies.

Seems to me that the tales are growing taller on down the line here!

Look fellas, Back-ups work their tail off every day in practice to make sure they are ready for the opportunity to play. If he did the time, he will be fine. Go Griz

I don’t recognize this. Are you sure it’s REO Sneedwagon?

If we can’t get it done on the run. We’ll just have to keep pushin on and ride the storm out until it’s time for us to fly.

Mother of God! You win.

Thanks for this thread boys, very enjoyable.
Reminds me of a game last year when we had a new station manager that looked like meatloaf and we spent the entire game making meatloaf references and he never caught on but several listeners did.

Funniest stuff I’ve seen in a long time.

I heard it from a friend who heard it from another that you all need to Roll with the Changes. Football players are Tough Guys and I Can't fight this Feeling Anymore that I'll hear it In Your Letter that you all need to Keep Pushin' and Live Every Moment to Keep the Fire Burning. But Don't Let Him go because it will be One Lonely Night if Dalton isn't back as as our Rock and Roll Star. Time for me to Fly.

You’ve proven the REO had a lot of pop crap! But at least they didn’t stop in the mid...

So watching Dalton on the sideline today, I gotta say i am more than a little worried. High ankle sprain sure...but he was on crutches. I used to roll my ankle in basketball practice all the time. It hurt like hell...but the next day i'd be up and running. High ankle? Dalton looked like he will need 2-3 weeks. I hope I am wrong. Cam played well today at times...but lets not confuse a workhorse for a mule...we need Sneed if we want to make a playoff run. Hope his "ankle sprain" doesn't suddenly turn into a broken something or other.
