I agree with JCU, who cares. He is no longer a GRIZ. Good, bad, or indifferent, whatever happens is between him, and the Rams. If he throws this away, that is his problem. If, he takes advantage of a rare opportunity, that is his doing, too
Speaking of sleep, how much sleep do a few GRIZ fans lose, over former GRIZ doing whatever they do? Maybe Tru is not the only one that needs help.

I disagree. I absolutely care about what he does. He graduated from UM, is a fairly high-profile person and absolutely represents our school. If he messes up, people will always remember that he graduated from here and bring it up. If he does well, you can bet your ass that we'll always bring it up as a positive reflection of our school.
I'm pulling for Tru because he is a phenomenal athlete with a great skill-set, but he really does need to step it up from here. The mistakes you make will always seem worse than the positive things you do, but oversleeping for your first practice is just unbelievably dumb.
I am with PT. Funny how, when alumni are doing well, fans claim them as once a Griz, always a Griz, but when the news is not so good it's who cares he is gone from the program. What Trumaine did was stupid and reflects poorly on him. He is being paid a lot of money and is no longer allowed to act like his sh!t doesn't stink....in the NFL they don't care. Get past this and play some football.

Plus one person doesn't put the school in bad lighting. Maybe if it's been multiple people, yes. One, no. Get over yourselfs. Every school has players/students that don't make wise decisions.. I don't think this is going to matter one bit. Especially when not that many people even know who the Griz are. As much as you like to pretend UM is on a national level, it's not. What puts UM in a bad light is all this rape crap all over the news about UM. Which is because of few students and mainly employees of UM but, hardly anyone wants to recognize that. So just stfu till you get a few more iq points.

Funny part is, if a former Cat had done this, some GRIZ fans would be all over Cat fans for it. Oh the horror of TJ missing a practice, will forever be known as the downfall of GRIZ football.
Was this immature, and stupid? Sure in the hell was. Honestly think about it, most of us did more immature, and stupid things in our early 20's. We lived, and we learned. I am sure,Tru will do the same. He is human, and allowed to make mistakes. Ironically, with so many that ride him for the negative, it makes me want to root for him even more, just hoping, he proves the naysayers wrong.
