Shaun Boykins flipped his verbal commitment to Delaware

I think he was scared of what his reps were going to look like on a team with this much offensive talent. Not a loss because we never had him and like I said the O is stacked. Have fun playing for that school lmao. Mind boggling. Guaranteed it’s 1.) more money or 2.) Jackson said “hey man, come to Delaware St where you will be featured in the offense.”

I had a friend ask me what's the deal with egris.com. Some of what he's hearing couldn't possibly be true. I told him just read this one short thread to get the entire picture in a nutshell.

How's the Cat portal class coming along?
Anyone who is connected and understands the current state Bobcat program already knows the answer to this question. Even people who are only on the surface already know the answer to this question. Anybody asking about the transfer portal as it relates to the current state of the Bobcat football program is completely out of touch and/or doesn't understand the game of football with respect to recruiting and developing talent. Sad. In short, the 2026 Bobcat football team will be incredible in every single phase and will be favored in every single game including Nevada. Definitely favored in the '26 Brawl regardless of the success of your manic portal frenzy.

While I'm over here already, I'll make a few other comments (not necessarily directed to PR).

1. The QBC hosted a tailgate in the new IPF last fall and I was able to tour the place for the first time. Anybody who has said it was built too small for a 120 yard field is misinformed. There's more than enough room for a regulation football field. It was a choice to put a regulation and competition-ready indoor T&F. There's been one meet in there already and another one next week. The track boosters raised roughly $12M all by themselves. They could have bought their own bubble (lol). It goes without saying the permanent faculty is major league and blows away the eye-sore bubble (when it's not being repaired). The continued investment in the T&F and XC programs at MSU all but guarantees the continued dominance by MSU in the Brawl Series. Currently sits at 7-1 in favor of the Cats. Another blowout this year.

2. I attended all the events yesterday in Bozeman. The parade, the rally at the stadium, the WBB beat down, and finally the surprising win by MBB. The entire day was epic in every way. The National Championship banner reveal and Vigen's short but intense speeches at both halftimes were amazing. The entire Worthington area was electric. All four trophies (NC, BSC, BOTW, and Brawl Series) were paraded around and the crowd was unglued. Perfect day overall, although I agree Sheehy was an idiot regardless of your politics. Troy Downing thought the whole entire event was a political rally for his campaign, plus some other things too. GG was fine. I got no issue with the governor attending something like this and giving a speech, but one politician is enough. As it was, there were as many politicians speaking as Bobcat football players. That's dumb.

3. I made a post a while back saying Mony Mony is getting old. It started to bother me in Nashville hearing it over and over in every bar. I retract that comment. Some pussy, who probably posts here, wrote the dumbest and biggest little-brother letter ever to the BDC. I'm told it was 17 paragraphs long but I couldn't get past the 3rd. This guy just solidified the entire fan base in full support of as many Mony Monys as possible as long as it drives you idiots crazy. Mony Mony at weddings too, as long as it bugs you. The interesting part for me was as it became clear that the Cats were going to come away with the win last night, I thought to myself I hope they skip Mony Mony this time. Then somebody sent me a link from this guy's pussy letter and it changed my mind. I did a cursory check of BN and sure enough, there a consensus that this guy's pussy, little brother letter changed the game. There's literally not one single area where you guys aren't the little brother. It's everything. Across the board. Congratulations. Really sucks to be you.

4. Keep Bobby forever and keep the 3-3-5. Please and thank you.

5. Every year I give you an example of our backups being better than our starters. I have another one for you. OL Dylan Rollins from Sentinel HS. You can't make this stuff up!!!

Dylan was picked up where. Transfer portal, but yeah you guys don’t do that.

Of course the Cats use the transfer portal. The narrative that we don't, or that we are "behind" in the transfer portal, comes completely from unknowledgeable idiots on egris. The Cats are actually highly effective in the transfer portal.

Is he the kid who’s dad and brother played for msu, and also a follower of the Mormon faith who after completing his mission reneged on his commitment to BYU?

Why don't you line up the Cat and Griz portal players from the last year and this year. The Cats are woefully behind in Portal recruting. That's not even debateable.

Ok. Let's do that for the last two years lol. The Bobcats have a exceptional portal strategy that led to an 19-0 record against conference opponents include 3-0 against your team that uses a stupid strategy that turns over rosters every year. Smart player development with selective portal enhancements that has led to back to back trips to the national championship including this year's title (Cats), versus just dumb chaos that creates a complete mess out of the roster and locker room every single year (gris).

You're not very good at this.

No, line up the players each time got from the Portal. That's the subject. We know how the Cats have done. Are you really too stupid to see what I am saying and asking? And too afraid to line up the Portal players. Give a list of the Cats from the Portal from the the end of 2024 season, 1 period at time. It should be easy for you, as the Cats have gotten very few Portal players.

The Griz locker room was very good this year. I am not aware of any problems or issues at all and I was around 15 or so players this last season. And Bobby and the coaches really loved the team. The Cats had more problems than the Griz, and displayed some of it on national tv. What am embarrassment for MSU and Vigen. Truly embarrassing.

You are also an embarrassment to your school.

How many times are you going to post the same post?

Ok sure, I'll play your game.

MSU is woefully behind UM in the portal game because UM brings in so many transfers, where it seems the majority either have one season to play, or they play well and promptly decide to transfer out again, resulting in bringing in more transfers. Sounds like a fun cycle to be in. Clearly it worked pretty well last year. Only lost 2 games, although the year prior things didn't go nearly as well. We'll see how it goes this year. So yes, UM has brought in more transfer players who have contributed. I would argue that MSU brought in the transfer player who contributed the most towards team success in Justin Lamson, but I'm sure that doesn't matter.

By your same logic, I think we can safely say that UM is woefully behind MSU in high school recruiting. Woefully behind MSU in developing players. Woefully behind MSU in building up offensive/defensive line talent and depth. Woefully behind MSU in recent BSC championships. Woefully behind MSU in recent national championship victories and appearances.

I know which category I'd rather be in. You take the portal wins, the offseason championships, I'll take the real one.

This is 100% fact people. I was actually just about to write something very similar.

MSU is woefully behind UM in the portal game because UM brings in so many transfers, where it seems the majority either have one season to play [No, most have multiple years to play], or they play well and promptly decide to transfer out again [Yes, some transfers transfer], resulting in bringing in more transfers. Sounds like a fun cycle to be in. Clearly it worked pretty well last year. Only lost 2 games, although the year prior things didn't go nearly as well. We'll see how it goes this year. So yes, UM has brought in more transfer players who have contributed [And thus has been way better in the Portal than MSU. That is all I've said. That is absolutely true. I don't even know why anyone would say or think otherwise. It is undeniable.] I would argue that MSU brought in the transfer player who contributed the most towards team success in Justin Lamson, but I'm sure that doesn't matter. [That may be true and he was very good, but he still wasn't first team all-conference, and wouldn't have started for UM]

By your same logic, I think we can safely say that UM is woefully behind MSU in high school recruiting [I don't know where UM is in high school recruiting, but UM may be behind, but not woefully, Again, that has nothing to do with comparing the teams in the Portal, and I haven't been discussing high school recruiting] Woefully behind MSU in developing players. [I don't agree.] Woefully behind MSU in building up offensive/defensive line talent and depth [I don't agree]. Woefully behind MSU in recent BSC championships. [1-2 in past 3 years, which are the most relevant years. A few ball the other way this year, and it would have been 2-1 UM] Woefully behind MSU in recent national championship victories and appearances. [Behind a bit in more recent times, but MSU is still woefully behind in championship appearances]

I know which category I'd rather be in. You take the portal wins, the offseason championships, I'll take the real one.
See above comments. And, can you now just admit that what I have been saying on UM dominating the Portal was in right, and what you were trying to say on that point was wrong. Why can't some of you look at what I am saying, and address that? Why do you have to run off. responding to something I never said, or didn't address? There are some horrible readers and thinkers on egriz. Just horrible. Your last post was much better.
