SEMIFINALS: YSU Penguins @ EWU Eagles

I've never seen a team on any level get so many receivers wide open behind a defense every single week as EWU. I don't understand it.

'They are good. IMO, the best of the FCS and I would have a hard time finding anyone better in the FBS. Plus a really good coach and a QB that can get the ball to their general area.

Both starting safeties for YSU are out.

How is Eastern winning this game in the cold weather with bare arms? Do they think they are tough or something?

I can watch it streaming here - from the ESPN home page.

This playoff season is no different than all the others. The FCS is D-1's Rodney Dangerfield. Give it up and move on...

Kinda agree. And most ESPN folks were not exactly in raptures about FCS, so ...

In fact, they generally talked up the HBCU ("Celebration") bowl more than anything except the "real" bowl games. And that turned out to be an excruciatingly bad football game ... FYI, 10-9 for Grambling, decided (perhaps) by a truly dumb-ass, but well-deserved, celebration penalty late in the game.
