You have no clue what I know on the subject. I have pretty good info. Not knee-jerk. My friend’s son played and coached at SS fairly recently. I communicate with my friend everyday. I know the son. He wanted to play for the Griz. OL.

They can’t possibly have all the funding. They have mostly oral indications. They would need big funding for years. Don’t agree on the solid chance to make it work. And “solid chance” wouldn’t be enough for me or any prudent person to make this decision.

You should stick to commenting on things you know something about. Half the stuff you say is wrong. Maybe more.

Your post makes no sense. My SS source is a very good source and knowledgeable on football. He played college football too. He lives in CA

Yes, that's makes it easier to follow SS. And there are multiple SS alums who live near him. He spent alot of time at SS when his son was playing and coaching.

You spent three paragraphs bragging about knowing a guy who knows a guy, and then had the nerve to tell someone else they don't know what they're talking about. You're not an insider, you're a name-dropper with a mediocre contact list. The fact that you called me a troll and an idiot because I pointed out that 'he lives in CA' is not a credential tells everyone here exactly who the problem is in this conversation. Sit down.

That isn't bragging. That is stating how I have good information on SS and what it is doing. I am definitely an insider at UM and I have terrific access to information. Ask Brint or Elrod. I exchange information with them and multiple others. You have always been a troll, irritant and know-nothing. My comment had nothing to do with your recent posts. You sit down. You are being ridiculous. At least, it's easy to run circles around you. No knowledge of the game, no information, no substance, and apparently no brain.

You came into this thread as the authority on Sac State because your friend's kid used to coach there, and now suddenly you're also a UM insider with a direct line to the front office. Which is it? You can't be both the Sac State whisperer AND the Montana insider, unless your whole thing is just knowing guys. And buddy, knowing guys is not the same as knowing things. You've written a novel's worth of posts to say absolutely nothing of substance while insulting everyone who disagrees with you. The only circles being run here are the ones you're going in

Yup. Have been a UM insider for decades.that’s evident in my posting history for 30 years on the 2 griz boards. I can see that makes you jealous. I never said I was an authority on SS. Just had good information and knowledge from reading and following.

Shall we compare who has good
connections to UM football? You can’t even start.

Thirty years of posting about a school you didn't attend, name-dropping coaches and ADs like they're your buddies, citing your friend's kid in California as insider knowledge, and lecturing lifelong fans about their own program. You're not a UM insider. You're a guy with a browser and a lot of free time who confused following something closely with actually being part of it. The people who are genuinely connected to UM football don't spend their evenings telling strangers on egriz how connected they are.
