Saturday afternoon my wife said “you handled it very well, honey.”

I’m like “it’s a football game, not life and death.” :? :?

Apparently in the past I haven’t handled it well? Who knew?

Lol! Same! I had to step back and ask myself why I was getting so worked up about college kids playing a sport. It’s fun to watch, but having it mess up my day to day is not healthy.

That being said, I will still get worked up DURING the game. Because my competitiveness is living vicariously through college football players I only get to see on tv…
