Yes.
Yes and we will :thumb: Anyone who thinks the last game wasn't a battle is crazy. Two ints, some bad special teams play, and one horrific no touchdown call. That's what cost us
Wow, you really want to go there? Lost only by 3 in a perfect day, go with that one if it helps, Eastern could have also won by 21. And no, they have been laying around lifting weights, conditioning and watching more griz film, nice try chief!signedbewildered said:Not even looking at the last two games I knew we could beat them given another shot as the clock ticked down in the last matchup.
Here is what I figure.....they won by (only) 10 (really 3) We haven't gotten any worse. It's going to be a game. We are picking up steam, they laid around and ate chicken wings and got out of the groove. EWUs season ends Saturday.
we didn't use most starters after the 2nd quarter, duh.....talon38 said:hardycreek1 said:Can we use this logic?
So if EWU had to use some last-minute heroics by VA to beat the scats....and we drubbed the scats and revealed them as being pathetic...

But the Griz played against a D-2 QB at best with 7 turnovers and still only put up 34 points, but keep that positive thinking, LOL!!
Montana: Completed 13-of-20 passes for 153 yards and 3 TDs in just two quarters before getting the second half off.
Of course I do, I went there. Ash is great for the BSC regular season, but you and I know the rest of the story. not win the big playoff game.CDAGRIZ said:Talon, do you understand how the MSU depth chart works? The best players are on the bench. It's in Coach Ron Ash's Playing .500 Ball. C'mon, man!
Damn, and you are EXACTLY right on the first half of that game. Then Eastern had the Vernon Adams coming out party and he lit SHSU for 42-10 in the 2nd half, good luck with that one also.Htowngriz said:garizzalies said:Similar strategy on D: I like Gamboa as a spy on obvious passing downs.
Different strategy on O: zone read the shit out of em.
This. IIRC, Sam Houston did this to the tune of 35 first half points in the 2012 semis.

Obzerver said:Um will change their strategy as the coaches know (and even some fans) that EWU played like shit the last game. Lucky catches, questionable calls, way to many offensive yards given up, uncharacteristic miscues in red zone, special team boners and poor tackling all resulted in a performance less than it is capable of...even Delaney knows that EWU will play much better than the last time around.

Griz have already proven that they're a much better team than what they showed in the last game. As to EWU, pure speculation.
And as far as "way to many offensive yards given up", that's just what Ewoo does (441 ypg), and it's not going to change now that JJ and the offense have been unleashed.
