Probably because ESPN put their foot down and said the cameras are gonna be on the west side. Are they gonna be able to fill the east side?

Yeah, I am not buying that if they told Montana 'the game is at night and we're bringing in the lights,' that Sac State would be able to tell the world wide commissioner where they could set up their cameras.
 
Looks like Sac State might be planning to give some snaps to this true freshmen QB Jamar Malone who hasn't played all season. Wonder if Bobby and the boys are prepared for him.

From the Monday presser, I would say Bobby was prepared for this. If you saw it, there is that spot where he was asked about the QB play for them and he basically said whoever it is, they expect them to be fully involved in the running game and that they are just fast overall on offense.

I agree with Hauck’s assessment. Your president is definitely a clown. He is somewhat humorous in his efforts.

Though a bit PT Barnum, or snake oil salesman, I will give the guy credit for actively trying to get his school some attention, and bring out some fans. Though not the most adept at it, at least he’s trying. With 2 million plus in the Sacramento area they should be able to fill 20,000 seats each week. If it isn’t great football, perhaps a clown with a concert can coax them in.

Looking forward to a good game tomorrow. Hopefully Governor Gavin has the State Patrol there to keep the riots to a minimum.

He may have been referring to Rashada though who started the first 2 games of the season for them.
 
I asked my hospitality rep about the promo for $10 tickets on the east side of the stadium. They said tarps could come off, but that Griz fans haven't snatched up tickets like Cal Poly and EVERYONE did for Homecoming. It was my understanding that all the camera infrastructure was in place to point towards to home side for all games, but maybe not... I just hope we have 17 of them.

Have the tarps been off for any other game? I find it highly unlikely there's gonna be less Griz fans than there were Cal Poly or UNC fans.

for UC Davis and should've come off last week, it was like sardines on the east side. I really don't think it's a reflection of Griz fans, but the fact that the game is on a Friday, not a Saturday.

They do have one of those annoying announcers who drags out the thiiiiiirrrrrrrrrd when saying third down. I'm praying we don't have a lot of third downs so we don't have to listen to that.

Thats cus the crowd is there for the concert, not the game😂.

I don't particularly care which way their cameras face but it would be really nice if the main camera and the ref's camera were on the same side of the field so as not to give everybody continual whiplash.

I was stumped at first too. Then I realized what they were doing with the camera work.

What I suggest is take Dramamine before the game, or Irish Whiskey throughout the game. Personally I prefer the later. Works for me.
