Yes, but you forgot the common fact that except for the Griz, every other teams backup qb is terrible, so there is no way Sac could ever win a game without their starter.wbtfg said:

I don’t think so. Guys like 6’6 and not super mobile. Throws the ball a country mile but really struggled early this year. But I just can’t see that body type translating to linebacker.

You would rather have Cam than Rovig or Bauman, you know that. No, not at all...your backup quarterback is really good...at playing linebacker

I heard your Cam guy did well. I saw him a bit against eastern and thought he looked good. Eastern is likely the worst pass D in the conference but still, to come in after never playing despite being a junior, I liked his poise.
Coaches I can’t comment on at all. Couldn’t tell you a thing about any of your offensive coaches. Though I’ll say your line appears night and day from the last couple years. I don’t know who coaches them but I’m not sure I’d trade our line coach for him. I’ve been very happy with our line play.
But to compare apples to apples, can your guy Cam play linebacker?
It looked like Sac's QB, Thompson, wrecked his back in that corner blitz that took him out. Regardless, we're talking about a dude with 6 years of eligibility? There's a reason for that and it starts with not being able to stay healthy. It wouldn't be a shocker if he didn't finish the season. His 2018 season ended in the seventh game because of a back injury.
If he's out for the season, that changes things for Sac. He's a great QB and Sac had had a great run, but that team won how many games last year 2? That's who they'll revert to if shit gets hard.

Good question...unfortunately due to a solid roster and depth of capable players at each position, Cam will have to continue to make hay at QB.
