QB Club membership at all time high. Fundraising up overall and for football. Best facilities in FCS. Slid back a bit last season, due to injured qb. Just a one-year blip. O-line should
be approaching dominance.
Have achieved an average post-season polo ranking of all but 4 teams in FCS in last 3 years. Yes, the Cats are above the Griz. Will beat the Cats this season.
RTD does not occur over a 1 or 2 year period. It’s to be measured over a short period not a long period. Dominance is not just one team. It’s being up high for most years. Alabama is still a dominant FBS team.
Hoopsfan might now be the biggest idiot on the board. To compare Alabama to the gris is laughable., yes Bama is still dominate. If Bama lost 5 out of 6 to Auburn and finished 6th in the SEC no one would consider them dominate. Some how little bro gris nation think Boobie 2.0 has returned the gris to the promise land with their awesome run to sixth place in the Big Sky.

This is a serious question, so don't take it the wrong way: Are you missing any lateral incisors?

They did lack a bit in pass protection, but that won't be an issue this year. Crazy good depth at just about every position... with only a couple question marks about quality depth in the secondary if we lose two or three starters. Will be much improved on both lines. Not sure if improved enough to topple SDSU, but will find out in the second game. They return almost everyone, much like the Cats.
SDS is going to clobber the Cats. You are delusional. You have a few good seasons, one getting clobbered by Griz, and you start thinking you are king of the world. Makes me laugh.

We'll see. I talk to important people in the program. I am hearing the 2023 team will be even better than the 2022 team in all areas, especially the passing game. Not that the Cats need to pass, because they could literally run the ball on every snap against most teams they play, and they simply cannot stop them. The griz have experienced this many times, and in fact Bobby has literally stated it. But, again, passing game will be very good as well. Defense will be very good. Again, this is from talking to people close to the program.

Did these meetings take place in a church basement? Was everybody in a circle? Were last names used?poorgriz said:mthoopsfan said:SDS is going to clobber the Cats. You are delusional. I also talk to important people in the Cat program, and know many of them. My family moved to Bozeman when I was 12, and my greater family still lives there. Some of my greater family are some of the bigger and longer Cat boosters, and scores of players have worked for their businesses over the decades. I know some AA head coaches who know the Cat program fairly well. I have known Cat coaches. I know many former Cat players and some current players. I have talked to Griz coaches about the Cats from time to time. Wish we could compare specific notes. My guess is that my contacts are much better than yours. So, put that in your pipe and smoke it.

Oldschoolhornet said:Bobby has been unsuccessful bringing Griz football back to level it was at during his first tour much less any resemblance to dominance. You just can't lose 5 of the last 6 rivalry games against the Cats and SAC and pretend the program has been dominant in any form. And only a fool would try to use the excuse of the starting quarterback being hurt last season. Every time that excuse is used it points out the deficiencies of the backup quarterback who could not win last season but who is now somehow supposed to lead the team to RTD.

They already redefined RTD and what it was supposed to mean. Most people thought it meant the griz football program dominating the conference and making it deep in the playoffs and to the championship game regularly. That's what griz football used to be about.
Today apparently RTD means beating the rival once in 6 years, and making it all the way up to 6th place.......... in the conference. New times we're living in.
bigsky33 said:My post is not meant to be negative. As a Cat fan I always saw Griz dominance as winning the Big Sky Conference, beating the Cats and going deep in the playoffs every year, That seemed to be the expectation of the Griz fans. And, those expectations were met during a good stretch of years. It appears that since Bobby returned, what is considered the expectation of dominance has been lowered. It is just an observation. Do you guys really feel that the level of play over the last few years meets your expectations of dominant. I think most of you on here expect better and should. I would be disappointed if you did not.Just throwing that out there. I agree with what has been mentioned on here, dominance for any team is much more difficult these days with the portal and nil.

Did you meet these people close to the program at DUI class?
