So, the outrageous one-handed TD catch by ewoo was #2 (along with half a dozen other one handed catches) on ESPN's Top Ten tonight. Well deserved, I might add.

But what is hilarious is that as the clip came on, one host shouted, "AHHHHH!!!", while the other screamed, "MY EYES, MY EYES!!!!!!".

Then as the clip ended, one of them said, "Free Lasic surgery for everyone".


I really wish now that ewoo has a legit team that they'd realize that the rest of the nation mocks them for that ridiculous field, and replace it with a real one.

I saw that too. Very funny. And I also wish they would stop with the gimmick field. It will be interesting to see what they do when they have to replace the turf.

Really hard to see that inferno field thru rose colored glasses, however doesn't have an effect on me, I'm suffering with cataract in both eyes.
 
Enjoy it while it lasts, eagle fans. Soon either Baldwin will be moving on to greener pastures and/or the Griz will finally get a new head coach who can actually coach and make good game decisions. Congrats on the win.
 
Unlike many, I will never sleep or dismiss the Griz. They'll be back in thick of things once they hire a coach worthy of more than a pop warner program. I also know that EWU will not likely stay at this level of success forever (although I think they've established themselves as a top program at the FCS level).

This rivalry has become fun for everyone. I just get a kick out of people finding stupid things to bitch about like the stadium, fans, and turf. It makes your fan base look petty and pathetic.

Yeah. Imagine if you had normal turf. You would then be 3-0 in the last three Griz games in Cheney, and you wouldn't have national media making fun of your turf.

Hate to say it EG, but in my travels their field gets a lot of positive comments. And that field has done as much as their play to bring them to the forefront of the Big Sky at a National level.

Maybe just have Baldwin move on to the Griz....and kill 2 birds with one stone.
 
I actually think the "spliced in" piece for the logo at MSU looks tackier.... could not match the greens? Pathetic

Yeah, that is pretty bad. I'm less concerned about the color than I am about the difference in height from the existing turf. Only a matter of time before a dude gets a freak injury on that.
