Their "new" stadium" is the ancient Multnomah Stadium that has gone through more face lifts than Phyllis Diller. Once upon a time the Ducks and Beavers played a few games there.

Its a nice facility. Probably the second best in the BSC -- and you can buy beer in the stadium. Be warned that last time the Griz played there the concessions ran out of beer! I think they have learned a lot since then though.

EDIT: They are forecasting 1.4" of rain. Much of the stadium is covered and I would advise looking for tickets high up to ensure you stay dry.

I just read that it is supposed to rain half an inch on Saturday. Do you do the same "math" with your wife or has the forecast just changed? Sorry, just a joke! :)
 
We are stuck in Montana for the game. Business, last minute people flying in from far away to do a deal that we can't pass up.
You fans have a great time and enjoy the game. Rain or shine!
We and a bunch are heading to ISU... no matter what, but I'd much prefer the psu game.

Wunderground tends to be the most accurate predictor of weather in this area. Here is shows 1.6":

My wife is in the textile business where things are measured in yards. Fractions of 3 feet don't sound all that impressive regardless of the number.

BTW - if it actually rains as much as is forecasted it will be record rainfall for that date.

I have found Wunderground to be less accurate over the past year for some reason. Regardless, it will be a wet one by all accounts.

Last minute cancellation by a friend so I have two tickets for the PSU game. Great seats. third row section 119, seat 5 & 6. right behind the Griz bench. By looking at the map they look to be between the 30 and 40 yard line. I paid $44 for each. Will sell for $35 each. Sit close to elite egriz posters like Mr. Titlelist and EverettGriz! One or both will likely have a bottle with them. This is the chance of a lifetime!

Where the hell is everyone?? I've been walking around this damn town for 2 days and haven't see any other maroon! Get on it people!!

Also, as a note, the thing about walking around Portland on Oct 30th is that you're never sure if it was meant to be a costume or not....
