Roderick is a Cat..

Got information from an undisclosed source who wish to remain that way, so please use this info as rumor only.

High school coaches from the Oregon recruiting area, tell their athletes to seek life elsewhere of the UM, if the institution dumps on Jody Johnson, they may also dump on them before being found guilty of something, not to say anything, about dumping on the head coach of the year, and a AD that is still scratching his head why.

The similarities are striking though: Both known for being frauds and better dancers than musicians. Vanilla Ice - Rob Van Winkle attempted suicide via overdose
Milli Vanilli - Rob Pilatus (deceased) on account of "accidental" overdose

Just being facetious, hokey. Besides the similarity of the name, as grzfnz alluded, they were both crap 90's artists. Right "up" there with Right Said Fred. :)

Those who say that the Griz are washed up as a program, that the Cats are headed in the right direction, and that the Griz have poor facilities, etc., are only fooling themselves...The Griz stadium is heads and shoulders above any other stadium in FCS and sells out every game with 25,000 excited fans paying at least $30 a ticket, which is something that no other team in the division can even dream out.

I'm assuming that you have never seen any other facilities besides the stadium. The stadium is great, and good for UM, but all that benefits is you fans. The players enjoy it for around 8 days a year. I played from 04-08 and unless UM has made substantial improvements since then, the rest of the facilities suck. I just finished law school at Ohio Northern University, a D-III school with around 5,000 students, in which the varsity teams share the sport facilities with the general students. The facilities (looker rooms, weight room, academic center, coaches offices) are about equal. That is not a knock on Ohio Northern, it is a knock on UM. Not to beat a dead horse, but this needs to be addressed and soon. You can get away with it when you are winning 11 straight conference championships, but no recruit wants to go to a losing school with poor facilities.

Oh, and App State, James Madison, Georgia Southern, Delaware, etc. can all dream about those attendance numbers because they reach them or at least get close.

Speth, I think you lack some reading comprehension skills. No one on here stated the Griz are "washed up". Yes, the program is going thru a lot of turmoil right now with the interim coach and the NCAA investigation. But, that will pass. It has been a setback for the program during this time but it will recover and be back. My opinion is you won't see the Griz dominance that took place for years as the conference is much stronger now and teams have caught up. But the Griz will be back once the smoke clears and will be moving in a positive direction.

the United States of Bacon is one of my favorite shows. Need to find me some bacon infused bourbon for the tailgate party when Appy State comes to town!

STFU!! They make that? I've got to get my 'greezy' hands on some of that. I hope you're happy, you just took 5 years off of my life.
