That’s interesting. Staff and faculty at many institutions, including Portland State, UO, and OSU can attend public universities in the Oregon system at 1/3 in-state tuition. That’s pretty significant. If UM doesn’t do this, then that’s a pretty huge benefit that’s being omitted.

My wife works at a Montana University and yes, as a state U employee a child can attend school at any of the in-state universities, be it a UM or MSU affiliate, with tuition either waved or significantly reduced, don't recall which it is. However it can only be one child at a time.
