Question of the Day?

The GRiz O performed just fine today. They put up 51!! Are you kidding me on the big play shit???? You guys were bitching 24 HOURS AGO, about being too conservative and now you're downplaying 51 points because the Griz hit BIG PLAYS??? My god, makes me think the nay-sayers are nothing but fake accounts from Bozeman. Aside from Alpha, who Ipersonally know is genuine with what he says and believes, some of you can't possibly love the Griz and be that negative at the same time. THE LAST TWO WEEKS YOU WERE ALL SCREAMING FOR MORE BIG PLAYS...Good lord.

I'll say the politically incorrect thing. Montana is running a cleaner program now and it is showing. What would you rather have? To me it all starts and stops with the name on the front of the jersey, as long as that name still shines, then I'll take everything else that comes with it.

Do I get from the tone of this thread that people still want to be entertained by lopsided blowouts while bitching about the lack of quality competition in the BSC? Is it so terrible that attendance can't be up at other venues around the conference? Montana has never made me prouder than to see how they handle adversity and close games. This isn't a team spoiled by easy lopsided wins, they still play with heart. I'll take that any day of the week over blowout wins at the hands of a dirty program.

Two of the last three games and maybe more go in the other column if it is last year. We are just fine, get over it.

Hmmmmmmm.....the only comment I can make for sure is he's bringing "less" sugar to the site vs last year. We like our coffee black....salesman black. The f.....g "O" is just fine! The problem lies with the mundane shit the coaching staff asssssks them to execute. The "D".....if they simply "TACKLE" better we can be a force in December. I.M.O. :egriz:

Does that mean we can compete with Southern Oregon?

I watched Carroll play Southern Oregon and I would be very concerned that the SO quarterback that leads the nation in NAIA passing would be VERY effective against our D backs.

I recall conversations prior to this season regarding what our record would have been with Jordan Johnson at QB. (How many games would have Been Wins instead of losses?)
I think we have been seeing the answer this year to those questions. We have pretty much been seeing the same defense as last year and our record would be similar to last year if not for Jordan Johnson.
Go Griz!

I don't know how any of the coaches can feel good about this win. What they are trying to do just is not working on offense or defense right now. If Sac St. doesn't turn the ball over three times the Griz do not win this game. The team is 7-2 and that is great but let's face it, Montana could have VERY easily dropped the last 3 games. I havn't given up hope yet and will continue to support this staff until the end. I still think this team could catch fire and be a dangerous football team in December. Hope they can figure out that Montana is a passing offense and a pressure defense. Seems we have some success if the team does those two things.

Oh, sweet Jesus. If the Griz don't turn the ball over against EWU we win THAT game. We could very easily be 3-0 the last three games. And it absolutely slays me that ANYONE could say that what we're doing on offense isn't working. WE SCORED 51 POINTS!!!!
exactly! we scored 51 points and forced 3 turnovers!....ya our d gave up alot of yards and points....but did hermy not blow that guy up on their first drive adn force that turnover? or did they just give us the ball? good lord people give it a rest! we won a conf road game in a week where UNCO gave Msu all they could handle and ISU even played a few good quarters vs EWU

They years of dominance might be in the past but we are 7-2 and the best remaining team on our schedule was in a dog fight in Greeley! sweet jesus about sums it up!
