So much I want to say here, but I’m not going 8-) to. I’m moving on, placing responsibility where it truly lies: The failures of the coaching staff.

Yes, we all know you think you know more about football than Marty Mornhinweg. Did you get invited to the big fund-raising event at Marty's house, with all the Griz celebrities and Silent auction for 15-20 lockers with paraphernalia from people like Dave Dickenson, Marty Mornhinweg. Larry Krystkowiak, JK Simmons, Jeff Ament, Robin Selvig, Timmy and Bobby Hauck, Larry Pirnie. etc.

Griz “celebrities” tells you all you need to know about this post. And poster.

Fine with me, I'm okay still believing he doesn't admit he and his staff are screwing up big time and it is all just bad breaks.....and trust me so are a lot of others. It wouldn't surprise me one bit he blames players though.......except Robby of course

Well you’d be wrong about what he actually said

Well this sounds awesome from today's article...all is well

"I’m confident in every one of our players and coaches,” Hauck said. “At all times.”

I'm not sure there are any "Griz celebrities" that I'm dying to meet. Except maybe JK Simmons. I dig that guy. Got to hang out with his parents at a wine tasting event several years ago. Great people...RIP. Ament can suck it.

His dad Kim was such an awesome dude. Hell of a character.

Who's dad are you referring to? JK's dad was Don.

We’ll you are wrong and would be really disappointed at QB Club. He talked about how he and is staff have been bad and he constantly shows plays of Robby making mistakes. You know absolutely nothing about Bobby Hauck. Keep believing whatever lies you want though

Marty Mornhinweg and his wife were there.

Kris Brown could throw a pic and that guy would talk about how good of a read that was.
Marty may have allot of football knowledge , but its like Bob Ross explaining how to paint to Ray Charles

You're right my bad. Kim is what JK goes by outside of the acting world. That said, Don was a hell off a guy. He used to hang out at the old Courthouse racquetball club back when I was an adolescent. He was so proud of JK's success and would tell me about all these major celebs (ie Kevin Costner) that his son was working with, which I found fascinating as a kid. A very kind, endearing man.

 Nice non sequitur! So lame.

What's the non sequitur? Please explain. Do you have something against the YMCA?

That AZ's level of football knowledge has anything to do with being invited to an auction.

Okay, but I didn't suggest that they had anything to do with each other. I just asked if he had been invited. A lot of people in Griz Nation have. Should be a great event and should raise good money. Since he was commenting on Mornhinweg, I wondered if he knew him. And, I can see AZ's level of football knowledge and level of connection to what the program is doing these days. About what you'd expect for a former frosh Sentinel football player who lives in Texas. Ha. I like AZ.

Questions about QB club; Is it just Coach Hauck or are the other coaches there sometimes as well? Do they ever bring in video of plays to help explain what the coaches are seeing? Back in the day Coach Reed used to teach classes in the PE department at the U and would bring in video and break it down for the students. The students being mostly Montana HS coaches and a few sports nerds. It was really fun and insightful.

I like Marty doing the games. He knows the game and doesn't take himself too seriously. He doesn't forget these are just kids playing the game. Him and Jay still stumble on some names (doubled up numbers don't help) but they are getting better each game.

You think he’s going to come out and tell a media outlet that he’s pissed off at his coaches including himself and that they were out coached on Saturday?

Without commenting on exactly what he said at QB club so I don’t get into trouble….but what he said was basically along those lines. He’s not going to put that in papers tho.

HA!! So you ADMIT you now acknowledge that I DID play the game! :D :D :D

I wasn't talking about Marty Mornhinweg. Not sure what you're referring to there. I was commenting on the failures of the coaching staff. I may not know much, but I do know Marty isn't on the coaching staff. Yet.

Yes, it says a lot. I cut and pasted it from one of text invitations that I received.

Yes, I lived a block from Sentinel for a long time and had kids go there. I used to see your photos and plaques in the hallways and shrines, when I was there getting my kids out of detention.

Lots of video with lots of rewind. It's very interesting, informative, and instructional. Usually, just Hauck. Stitt used to bring all coaches, and 2 guest players much of the time.
