It's the same type of short sighted mistake we made with the upper deck expansion in 2009 when we cut back from 4k seats to 2k seats. Future vision is not UM's best skillset haha.

In 2019 UM did a debt refinancing that got them hundreds of millions of dollars that they invested in new campus infrastructure like the new dining hall and the new dorm currently being built. IDK if they're in a position to do something like this again but if they are able to, then perhaps some of that money could be put towards a permanent facility. And maybe we could get our money back for the bubble as well.

( Three months ago Car Shield 🛡 called me and wanted to sell me a warranty for my GRIZ maroon 2013 Nissan Leaf , s compact, 4 door electric car for $ 150 a month. I told their salesman, " No, that's $ 1,800 a year for a car with only 50,000 miles on it. " . So CS did their best car-lot routine, " Well, before you leave, let me talk to my manager" routine. They called me back today and knocked that down to $ 89.99 a month, which is way better than $ 90.00.a month : ) !!! ... Maybe I should call CS back and start dickering with them on coverage for our bubble ? : )
