QB Club Tickets

I believe this may be happening, but you'd think sellers would be up in arms if their pair is last to get listed and they get left holding the bag.

Keep in mind too that all of the charter/tour companies purchased a fair number. Let's assume there were 10 tour flights out of Montana with 200 people aboard, that's 2,000 tickets. If sdsu also has 10 flights, that's a large number of tickets that will not go on the secondary market.

I'm thinking prices will not fall a great deal this year. Montana will travel very, very well.

That all makes sense, my conjecture on the manipulation is simply due to the fact that the number of listings seems to be very static. I'm watching it go down but then it goes right back up to about the same number. It could be happening organically but it seems suspicious.
SO did Charters get first dibs taking tickets from UM's allotment?

I was thinking the same... everyone not going has to know this is the time to sell.

Maybe a bunch of fans of other teams are going regardless? Or axs snatched up the tickets and is only making a few available to keep prices higher as they resell. Does seem odd how the total number available keeps stay about the same on resale sights.
Fans with championship aspirations buy up the tickets when they go on sale in August. I've already seen a couple Montana State fans selling on Facebook, and I assume more NDSU fans will begin selling as things progress. Also, South Dakota State fans knew they had a good team, and probably purchased a large portion, too. It wouldn't surprise me at all if the 12,000 tickets available for sale are legitimately sold out from their original sale date.

I wonder how many sdsu fans will even be here. They don’t even show up to their home playoff games.

Good question. So private charters, who have no university affiliation, get first dibs at making a profit and can take seats before season ticket holders, GSA donors, etc.? Why wouldn't they have to buy tickets at the start of the year, from the general public allotment?

That sure makes me Hot and Huffy.

I know of a private charter that has a ticket package with multiple perks so it must be through the University. I’m sure there’s a level of Donor Commitment that puts you in convos that the rest of the public doesn’t know about.

No. The charter/tour company buy blocks of tickets from the ncaa as soon as they go on sale. They don't care if they charter out of Missoula, Fargo or Brookings.

What do the charters do with those tickets if their home team doesn't make it? Seems odd to me.

The charters are likely a national company. They work with locals once the final two are in. They work with both towns to sell the plane seats and tickets that they previously bought. They likely already had a certain number of hotel rooms booked as well. They don't care who the final two teams are, they just sell their inventory of seats, tickets and rooms.

Thanks. Never knew that. Makes sense. I had wondered how the charters got the big blocks of hotel rooms, but hadn't thought of the tickets.

Again, I have a room for Sat. and Sun. nights to dump, at a good hotel where the charters are. 2 double beds. $600, down from $863. PM me.

SOME home team is making it. They just run charters out of that town. If UM didn't win, they would have run charters out of Fargo.

Edit. See that was answered by others

I booked three nights at the same hotel as the charter for $168/night. How did you get a room so expensive.

*SOLD*

I've got two extra tickets if anyone is interested. I paid $500 for the 2 of them and am asking the same. Section 116, ROW 3, Seats 21 and 22. PM me.

Once you get the code for the ticket purchases, where do you enter it on the Griztix site?

Go to your tickets, click on renewals and in the right corner on the toolbar you'll see a spot to enter the promo code...

Got 2 via GSA, woot! " Tickets distributed by venue at a later date" and also says general admin so not sure if their seats? Or standing room only?

Thanks to any QB club members for not buying unneeded ones for purposes of selling them or doing it for friends not in GSA, it allowed some of us GSA people to get tickets. Much appreciated and see you in Frisco .
