Last night was something very new for QB Club, we had a spring meeting that wasn't centered around signing day. Dan Ingram opened and then Kent Haslam & Marcus Welnel talked and answered questions on NIL / rev share, etc. Then Coach BK took the mic and talked for about 45 minutes.
I've been a QB Club member consistently since 2012 and had been a guest many times before as well, this was big change in what I'd previously seen. BK shared a lot of his vision and his passion for this team, he answered questions, and as I'm told he stayed after for a long time and talked with everyone who wanted to say hi - even exchanging his number with those who asked. BK's commitment to the players, to his staff, to the program, and to us the fans burst through and his presence really reminded me of Joe Glenn. He commanded the mic and really held the room. He acknowledged his assistants, who were there in person, and even gave props and gave thanks to his GAs and even the video producers.
It's a new era and the energy from the meeting last night was really felt. Today I've had a handful of people reach out saying they heard how great and fun the meeting was - and they want to join ASAP. BK is planning more spring events as well for QB Club members.
Additionally - if you are currently an NIL / Rev share donor - with the house opt-in that now counts toward you membership. You need to designate something to QB Club, it can't be all NIL/rev share - but maybe consider rounding up to get your total annual donation to $1000 and you can be a part of these great events. It also doesn't have a to be a 1-time fee, you can pay monthly or quarterly. Rounding up, $85/mo gets you into the QB Club - and guys, you're gonna love it.

I want to personally invite you to become a member of the Quarterback Club. The support you provide as a member will help us continue to be successful in the classroom and on the field.
As a member of the QB Club, you will have an exclusive behind-the-scenes look into Grizzly Football. You will hear from myself and our coaches each week as we break down the upcoming opponent and provide insight into our football program.
You are no longer just a fan… You are an important part of our TEAM.
Support for our program from Griz Nation has never disappointed. We have seen the QB Club grow every year since I’ve returned. This year is no different as the expectations are high for our football program as well as support for the QB Club. Now, more than ever, your support is needed as we set our sights on some important initiatives to continue to build this great program.
As we enter a new era of college athletic with the settlement of NCAA vs. House, institutions can provide direct financial benefits to student-athletes as part of NIL – Licensing (Revenue Sharing). What does this mean for you? You can contribute directly to NIL – Licensing (Revenue Sharing) through the UM Foundation. Gifts above $1,000 in support of this will be recognized as QB Club members.
On behalf of our players and staff, THANK YOU for your continued support! I can’t wait to see you at our next event!
Go Griz! Fight On!
