Post Game: Live to play another game

Looking at it several times, it sure looks like Nguen falls on the goal line for a TD.
As I mentioned earlier, a real head scratcher of a decision to be in such a hurry to run the 4th down play.
It was a clear TD. Stitt should have demanded the video review. Too busy railing on Makena.

You sure have a hard on for Simis and Stitt.

It was a clear TD. This coach is too busy with his other self-defined problem, a talented QB that, along with every other QB he has played, can't "get" his beautiful complex offensive scheme that has, so far, lost games.

So the answer is yes. By the way, a coach can not just demand a replay, there is a process which limits the coaches ability to challenge a call.

Well then, Stitt did not have the "process" figured out. That was a clear touchdown.

I am thinking that you don't understand the "process". By the way, do you think Stitt had the opportunities and same view that you had on TV from his vantage point on the sideline?

Well, that evens the score. I do think coaches can call for the replay. You don't. The rules are clear. Stitt was in a hurry. Too much. Just as with his 3rd and 4th down calls; but then blame the QB. Stitt's main game so far is the blame game.

Not what I said. A coach can request a replay once per game. Also, we all get that you think Simis is infallible, but truth is, he is a terrible decision maker and poorly executes the offense.

Wow. "We all," eh? You and how many mice in your pocket?

Actually, when you catch your breath, you will have to go back and find where I claim Simis is "infallible." My concern, specifically stated, is with a coach who may believe that his strategy is "infallible."

Everyone gets your disdain for Stitt also.

"Everyone?"

Are you insecure?

I guess we are to the point in the conversation when you deflect.

Got it. It's the QB's fault, three times over. Stitt will be doomed to dumb QBs who just can't "get it."

His piss poor decisions and execution are his fault. Simis was the third option at QB for a reason, and without the injuries would never have seen the field. If you want to blame his poor decision making on Stitt, knock yourself out, but Stitt did not have multiple fumbles and miss wide open receivers all game.

I have better things to do now, so you can go rub one out while you post on your "Stitt Sucks" and "Simis for Payton" web blogs.
You've got a problem. It's all yours.

College football players shouldn't get yelled at? Holy moly, somebody better tell every single frickin coach in American, because they aren't getting the memo.

BTW, I have been in on every Tuesday presser since Simis started seeing the field. Stitt has done absolutely nothing but praise the kid.

Learned a long time ago from an old-school coach, when he stops yelling @ you, he's given up. Yelling is a good sign. Coaches son isn't going to take it the wrong way. The struggle is getting him to see the field - the Stitt in his ear thing, vs. instinct to run when things start break down.

Glad we came out with a W. What I don't get is why did our offensive play book have to be that predictable ? Their#21 feasted on the same redundant running plays. Pee Wee offenses mix it up more on running plays than what we saw yesterday from the Griz. Is Stitt intentionally holding back? While I will get jumped by some that will say they it takes time to adjust to the new system, too much of what we saw yesterday was so predictable. Why not mix it up more? Looking forward to EWU!

The person playing the QB position is why the offense looks the way it does....It is very apparent that Stitt has very little confidence in Simis and the play calling demonstrates that.
How many time did we see Nguyen up the middle for 1 on first down. Not too predictable.
