This poll stems from monte is a character's assertion in the JJ Threw for 447 Yards thread that "not everyone gets it" that wins are more important than stats, so let's see how many on here don't "get it".

Would you rather have a QB setting records but losing games? Or would you rather have pedestrian stats and wins?

What say ye, oh eGriz geniuses?
 
Furthermore, a win usually results in SOMEONE having flashy stats, so if the Griz win a game 6-0 then the defense probably has some damn sexy numbers.
 
PR would say as long as the players moral is boosted and they all feel better about them selves that win or lose, it dosnt matter. He actually wants us to quite keeping score and that way everyone's a winner.

In either situation (above) there will be numerous eGriz posts about what went wrong and how we need to fire the coaches and entire athletic department, recruit different athletes, wear different uniforms, play better pre-game music, lower ticket prices, get a new mascot, etc. :lol:
 
Hmmm...."Wins" holds a commanding 12-1 lead in early voting....Monte must be disappointed, as I"m sure he figured this to be a real nailbiter.
 
Obviously flashy wins after reading eGriz Sunday nights. But for me a win is a win no matter how it occurs.
 
Sure makes for a more exciting game with some stats, rather than a snooze fest with not many exciting plays. I enjoyed being on the edge of my seat while watching the EWU game. So I would rather watch a game with these big stats, but I would rather have the win, hell you can drink enough booze to make a boring game tolerable. :lol:
