Yeah, I know. It's crazy how Estevez and the gang copied WG's idea. In the end, however, the Young Guns couldn't handle the G-funk era.

Young Guns came out in 88, Warren G didnt release that album until 94

Dude, I know! I think we're talking past each other here.

eGriz communication at it's finest. :? :? :?

The Center for Cowboy Ethics and Leadership promotes the following ten principles to live by.

1. Live each day with courage

2. Take pride in your work

3. Always finish what you start

4. Do what has to be done

5. Be tough, but fair

6. When you make a promise, keep it

7. Ride for the brand :thumb:

8. Talk less and say more

9. Remember that some things aren’t for sale

10. Know where to draw the line.

Lot of people on here have trouble with #8. Not you ZenGriz.

I love this!!! There is something to be said for instant traditions. Someone should knock together a T-Shirt. Something like "Montana Football" on the top and "Play for the Brand" on the bottom.

Neat idea! It's awesome to watch these kind of traditions begin. I would however like to see the black flag dropped. I'm not sure pirate ethics are in line with the cowboy's code and it's a little embarrassing for most of the fans.

+ 1 Pastor Ron fucking nailed it!

Is Pastor Ron in any way related to Captain Ron?

Cause if it's gonna happen, it's gonna happen out there.

Correct. International waters. Anything goes. It's like Mexico out there.

Sweet. But someone please tell him it is a "Branding Iron" rather than a "Brander".

Great tradition in the making that hopefully sticks. But, yes, I hope he gets that advice as well...ha

Traditions gotta start somewhere and it's very cool this team, which has went through so much and has responded so well, started this one. Keep it going fellas. Keep it going.

When did the Bobcats start that tradition of getting blown out in the playoffs? I bet they wish they had started something like this instead. ;)

I think it was the same year they started making the playoffs, which was 2008 or 2009, I think.
