Most the time the OC is always plays ahead of the game. It's crazy to think that everything is so basic. I guess naive is the word.

Many of game I left thinking how in the hell did we win that game, it wasn't pretty they just got the job done.
After a while, I learn that Bobby could interfere with the offensive, due to the micromanager he was in the early days...
Phen, will be a good head coach, he made his bones, like Bobby he will surround himself with good people and if they falter they will be replaced, I think Phen and Bobby both learned taking care business is just as important as loyalty.
I also liked Phen, I was just critical of him.
I'm also critical of Coach Stitt, he would probably be a good HC, however, it baffles me that trying to run 96 plays a game on offense, that he can observe the other assets of the game, and make adjustment till after the game and watch film, too late then...

Idaho State’s offensive coordinator Matt Troxel had a very brief three-month stint as one of Montana’s wide receiver coaches in the offseason. On Thursday in the Coaches Show with Riley Corcoran, Montana coach Bob Stitt sarcastically said he was happy to provide Troxel with a “three-month internship.”
Rob Phenicie, Idaho State’s first-year head coach, spent time at Montana in the past as well, serving as the Griz offensive coordinator from 2003-09 under former head coach Bobby Hauck.
In his press conference with local media on Monday, Phenicie turned up the sarcasm too in comparing his current program to Montana’s.
“First of all, we’re playing the flagship team of the conference,” Phenicie said. “They have the best facilities. They have the offensive genius as a head coach. They come out of the tunnel with all these neat flags and we’re just lucky to be on the field with them. We’re just poor little Idaho State. We don’t have a big ole stadium. Our stadium’s old. We’re just lucky to play ‘em. We’ll go out and give our best and hopefully keep it close.

Is he teaching his players to "be dirty in the pile"? If not he had better get on it. It clearly was the reason that they lost.
What's ironic about his douch-like statement is that he absolutely correct: with isu's shitty facilities, shitty program and shitty fan base, they absolutely do not belong in the same league as Montana.
So the reverse and more accurate quote would be
