Any situation like this is sad and it's easy to jump to conclusions but the reality is almost always far more nuanced than the headline portrays. Both people might be equally at fault but the bigger masculine person gets the blame. That may not be the case in this situation but no one really knows exactly what happened.

Anyhow, carry on with your macho chest pounding over how you've gotten in fights or not gotten in fights or whatever. On a side note, I once snatched a girl's hair out of her head but in my defense she jumped me on the playground at school.

My dad never faced charges, let alone was convicted. That don’t mean he never punched my mom on several occasions. I didn’t ask if he would face conviction. I asked if he really did the things that he’s being charged with. Every defense attorney knows there’s a HUGE difference.

I thought there were 3 charges, two misdemeanors and one felony? Maybe they dropped one already..Never can believe anything the news reports tho. They did report pmfa, tampering with evidence and criminal destruction of a communication device. This begs the question should that nosy old woman neighbor be charged with making a false report if the evidence does not support the charges? If hypothetically what was reported is true(who knows if it is or isn't) and by all accounts of how he is still fit and strong he should be commended for showing great restraint in only pulling her hair. Imagine if he would have punched as hard as he could? she would probably be dead.

I’m guessing they weren’t established last time we were there in ‘15. Next time we go I’ll have to wear my Griz gear. Who am I kidding. I’d be wearing my Griz gear anyway. I was wearing my God Bless Montana/F**k Bozeman t shirt when we were leaving and the guy at customs was like “What did Bozeman do to you?” I said they’re the home of my rival and was just like “Oh”. Is Lanai the other island they volunteer at? Beautiful and barely populated. One of the best beaches in the world. Snorkeling was amazing.

Don’t really ever remember needing to defend my friends. Most of em weren’t a bunch of pussies that needed someone else to fight their fights for them. Are you used to hanging out with pussies to make yourself feel badder? My group of friends were feared by most in town but that’s cus we got in the most trouble and people knew not to f**k with my friends. Unfortunately many public defenders along with Guy Baker knew me and my friends very well. He was in very close contact with my friends and I if you know what I mean.

Even if the pmfa and tampering with a communication device don’t stick (if wife isn’t on board) tampering with evidence is a felony. If he knew a criminal investigation was about to be instituted and he took physical evidence in order to conceal a potential crime then he could be in serious trouble on account of his prior conviction. Lewis and Clark County Attorney is retiring at end of the year and is I understand a big Griz fan interesting to see what his successor will do with this one right out of the gate.
