Im wondering how in the hell a kid from podunk Montana ends up liking the Packers and the Huskers?grizpack said:grizfnz said:Did any of you see the 30 for 30 on the Youngstown Boys? Bo is headed home, not a chance in hell he would have been interested in our opening.
And as a life-long Husker fan, not a chance in hell I would have wanted him here. Can't remember a time I was so happy to see a coach go.

After seeing him screaming at players on the sideline... I wondered what parents would want to send their kids to play under Pelini.horribilisfan8184 said:Was born in Nebraska, parents graduated from NU, and I watched Neb/Okla game every Thanksgiving in Omaha, from Devaney through Osborne and start of college at UM. 2/3's of my relatives still live in Nebraska. They have kids and friends with kids that were recruited by NU and Pelini. After his second year, even though all the kids dreamed of playing for Nebraska, they would not send their kids to be coached by that anger-issued nut-job. Pelini couldn't win on the big stage because he couldn't get the recruits. He has a good football mind but I wouldn't touch Pelini until after at least 5 years of serious electroshock therapy.
