Pease Finally Made Official

Article says staff now has 185 years of coaching experience. I can't imagine that this group of coaches won't be able to get UM back towards the top promptly. Will be interesting to see where they can get in year 1. Having the experience at QB will be a big help. I hope the transition with the Stitt recruits goes reasonably well. Having Nicholson and the other holdover should be a big help in that regard.

I like these 2 things (below). Stitt didn't have these (or enough of these), and I believe it hurt his chances of success and the program and eventually caused his support to dwindle. In my view, Haslam/Engstrom didn't understand or appreciate the importance of these things.

"get coaches with experience at the highest levels of college football, and get coaches with Montana in their blood."

"I've followed this place since the day I left. I know what this school has been built on, I know the DNA of it, and I want it to win. I'm just excited to be part of it."

Pease will understand the need to bring in faster burners at WR. And THAT i am excited about!

I hope he has changed...

Recent history would say no but I have no idea. I’m just worried about ego of Pease clashing with Rosey since he’s calling plays.
